I feel compelled to write this due to the terrible quality of the replacement screen, and the horrible service by the owner. The screen was "one fawhty prus tax" and I did not have the time to wait for apple to fix it, so I went ahead and got it repaired. The screen cracked within one day. It was almost like you could scratch the screen with just your fingernail. When I went in to get a refund, he said that it was voided because it cracked. This man drives a brand new Lexus and is able to afford it by ripping people off with his cheap, off brand merchandise. Would give one star if I could. I will never return to this establishment for any type of repair whatsoever.

Battery had gone out after checking at other places it looked pretty spendy to repair but after i realized how close T phone was i decided to go there instead (i cant navigate without a GPS) Lets just say i was pleasantly surprised by how fast, quick, and easy it was. It was even cheaper than i was expecting! if your phone needs to be fixed this is the place to do it.

My iPhone was a little messed up in the top corner, so I wasnt able to do a trade in. I took it to Tphone and they repaired it in less than 5 minutes. I took it back to AT&T and was able to trade in my iPhone. Friendly service! I will go here again in the unfortunate event that I need to repair my phone!! Thank you, Tphone!!!!

this is a shady business, try if you can avoid it. my new like iphone6 screen was flickering, he told me to replace it with aftermarket piece for $120. but he did not agree to return old screen. why? perhaps my iphone did not have screen issue to begin and he simply wants to keep original undamaged screen and $120. grrr,...

I took my IPhone 5s in to get it repaired for $96. 4 days after the repair it broke IN MY POCKET. The glass they had put on my phone was cheap, thin, and a rip off. I took it in to get a refund and they said they could not give me my money back no matter what. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had 5 phone repairs here at Tphone. 2 weeks ago I had my daughter and babysitters phone repaired, both iphones. The screen on my daughters phone wasnt seated well and came apart after about 2 weeks. I took it back where the phone was repaired at no charge.
