They dont back their product... I purchased and new battery from them for my SeaDoo in September of 16. Put it on the trickle charger as recommended for over 3 months. The SeaDoo fired up in January but struggled come February. I put the battery back on the charger and got nothing from it again. I took my ski into a repair shop who told me the battery was bad. They sold me a new one and now the SeaDoo runs perfect. Originally I called into BPB and told them about the situation. They said I would need to talk with the manager. The manager never called me back. So over the weekend I brought the battery back to BPB and explained the issue. They said the battery only has a 14 day warranty on it. 14 DAYS?? For a product that costs $132 thats pretty bad. Then they said once it is connected to something, the warranty is void no matter what. So there is actually NO WAY that you can get your money back once you buy something from them. They insisted that it must have been my trickle charger (even though that charger had charged my old battery for the previous 3 years), and my mechanic couldnt get the battery to charge... so I guess theirs is broken too. To make the experience worse, they have a "Sales Rep" name Mack, who came out of the back room and was a complete smart@$$, essentially mocking me that there was no way they were giving me my money back and that the only thing that could be wrong is my trickle charger. Things were fine, and I had no intention of taking this as far as to write a review of the store until Mack decided to come out and run his mouth in a very condescending fashion. He said that "buying a battery is like buying bananas, if you dont hurry up and use them, they will go bad". Had it not been for the fact that I hooked up the battery to a trickle charger in the off season, I actually might buy his analogy. I will deal directly with the corporate office at this point. Whether I get my money back or not doesnt matter much to me. The way I was treated will ruin their chance of having my business again. If you are reading this, I would recommend finding another store to shop at.

My 03 Prius needed a new 12 volt battery, and everyone else said that it was a "dealer-only" part. The dealer wanted about $250 for theirs; Batteries Plus found an equivalent match for $100 which worked like a charm. The new battery was one inch shorter than the old one, so I asked if they had anything that I could use as a spacer under the clamp, They didnt, but suggested that I try the Home Depot next door for a piece of scrap wood -- a smart suggestion that did the trick!

I went to get a replacement battery for my laptop. I called ahead to make sure they had it in stock. I brought my laptop in, the guy helped remove my old battery, install the new one. Tested the power cord to my battery charge. Was very informative on other product I was inquiring about. Overall great experience. I will be going back for any of my future battery needs. The service was excellent!!

Purchased a new Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery for my car. Bought online, picked up in local store, and received 10% discount for using this approach. Ordering was easy and painless. Local store soon communicated that battery was ready and I picked it up next morning. All happened as expected, without a hitch. Thus far, new battery is performing well. Overall, Im very pleased.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. I was expecting "let me check to see if were getting more soon or if another store has one in stock." All I received was a dumbfounded stare and "Uh, Ive heard of it." Thanks for nothing you moron.
