Tahir is awesome! I had a really disappointing experience with a store across the highway so I started searching for a new repair shop when the screen on my iPhone 5 cracked. It was also just a bad replacement screen that the other store installed so I wanted to get a new one anyway. The reviews you read on here are true. When I arrived to the store, it was closed although the hours showed it should have been open. We had a lot of ice and snow so I assumed they werent going to open. Just to be sure, I called the store but didnt get anyone. I contemplated going to the store next door to him, but I wasnt in a rush to get my screen replaced and the reviews were too good. I left to run an errand and got a phone call about 20-30 minutes later from Tahir stating they were now open. I didnt leave a message to be called back, but Tahir wanted to make sure that I knew he was there. I drove right back over there. He was very fast and did the repair for only $75. He obviously stays really busy, and its easy to see why when you deal with him. His store is very clean and bright unlike the one I had previously used. I have been telling others about him and will continue to do so. Im so thankful to have a great repair shop so close. Thanks, Tahir!

Cellphones4sure is worth the drive no matter where you are coming from. Most cell phone repair places only really specialize in iphones. If you have a part that needs to be replaced on an Android device, call any of these places and theyll likely have to order it. One of the great things about Cellphones4sure is that they carry a backstock of the many parts and color variations thereof relating to all the devices they repair. This means that more often than not theyll already have what you need when you call. The owner is very nice. I called ahead and got there a little before closing on Saturday. Unfortunately, my wifes phone was damaged again, and this time it was the glass and the display. I figured Id be dropping it off and returning the next day. Instead, the owner offered to stay open and fix the phone for me so I could have it that day. It was a really kind, especially since the phone was completely unusable. All in all, my wife spent all of 2 hours with the phone broken before it was repaired. You wont find better customer service anywhere.

OMG! CAN I GIVE THEM 10 STARS! IF YOU NEED YOUR CELL PHONE REPAIRED, FORGET ANYONE ELSE. GO TO CELLPHONES 4 SURE. I HAD A NOTE 5, LESS THAN 4 MOS. OLD, THAT SOMEHOW MYSTERIOUSLY GOT MOISTURE IN IT. SAMSUNG REFUSED TO REPAIR AND VOIDED MY WARRANTY. REAL NICE! HENCE, I WILL NEVER BY ANYTHING SAMUNG AGAIN AND I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER. THE PHONE WAS WORKING, CHARGING AND THE SCREEN FLASHED, BUT WOULD NOT STAY ON. CELLPHONES 4 SURE CLEANED AND REPLACED THE SCREEN AND MY PHONE IS PERFECT. TRUST SOMEONE WHO IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, AMIABLE, WANTS TO FIX YOUR PHONE AND DOES IT FAST. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME SAUCE! THEY ARE LOCATED IN PLANO. YOU CANT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE. THEY FIX PHONES QUICKLY AND WILL TELL YOU IF THEY CANNOT. WHERE DO YOU EVER HEAR THAT ANYMORE. BRING YOUR PHONE TO THEM. Went to Cellphones4sure while visiting from Houston by way of Chicago. On New Years my phone got destroyed and busted up pretty bad. I went there generally because they were the only place open on a Sunday and I needed my phone fixed before I hit the road heading back to Houston. Syed the technician was very polite when I called and told me to stop by with the phone and he would do the best he could. I also had another iPhone had broken previously so I brought it along as well because I knew it could be used for possible parts. I took him and hour and my iPhone was brand new. Not only did he do a great job with fixing my phone but he also fix other customers phones as well and was polite the entire time even under the stress! I had to tip him for not only fixing my phone but also for the amazing customer service! If your looking for good service and great tech work for your iPhone I would recommend them over and over again! Thank you guys again and I wish you a very profitable year!

There are TONS of places to get your iPhone repaired out there. Don’t judge them by the slightly silly name, these guys are the best! Yesterday, my iPhone 3G stopped working. I went to the Apple Store and after waiting around for 2 hours to talk to a "Genius" they told me my options were to get a new phone for up to $700 or I could try a $99 fix (replacing the LCD screen) that they didnt think would even work. Money being tight I wanted to explore other options. I work nearby so I thought Id see what the guys at Cell Phones 4 Sure could do. After 5 minutes, a little cleaning of the connections inside my iPhone and no replaced parts my phone works perfectly! On top of that, Cell Phones 4 Sure only charged me a couple bucks for the work! I will definitely be seeing these great guys FIRST the next time I have any issue with my or my wifes iPhones. You’ve earned a customer for life! Thanks! James

These guys are awesome. Do not hesitate to take your broken phone here. They fix all phones, especially all iPhones. Whether your screen is severely cracked or just a minor crack or if your phone is unresponsive to touch (this mean the digitizer has gone bad), these guys can and will fix it quick. Usually it only takes them about 10 minutes unless there are customers in the store in front of you. No appointment needed just walk in. Also, after 8 months I dropped my phone again and had the same problem with the digitizer. Because they offer a one year warranty I paid nothing to have my phone fixed the second time. Again, these guys are awesome. Great customer service and they are fast and reasonably priced. Dont look anywhere else!

We came in 1/11/14 with our sons cracked screen at 1 PM needing to be at the airport by 3:30 PM. They worked us in and we were out in plenty of time to make our flight. The gentleman who owns the business is quite interesting, very bright and has a contagious smile and engaging. Listening to how he started his business I applaud his success. He does business the old fashion way, take care of your customers, and they will take care of you. I removed the other business Ive used before for cell phone repair, and added this business to my contacts. I was quoted $69.99 for the repair that the other stores quoted $120.00. Not only will you get great service, but at a great price.

Had an iPad2 screen fixed. Could not have been happier with the level of service! We had a larger issue than just the screen needing to be replaced and the issue could have caused serious damage to the iPad. We received a phone call from CellPhones4Sure letting us know of the larger issue and asking if we still wanted to move forward with the risk of permanently hurting the iPad. We agreed to move forward. And, within minutes, we received a follow up call letting us know everything went according to plan and our iPad would be fixed as expected. Top notch work, and again, level of service was unparalleled! Would recommend time and time again.
