Toan gave a great customer experience and far exceeded my expectations. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical as it was my first time to seek screen repair on an iPhone and iPad but he replaced my screens on both an iPad mini 2 and iPhone 6 after both screens were completely destroyed. I will be sending Cellular Care more business in the future and referring friends and family. Great job at a fraction of the cost of an insurance claim or replacement screen through apple. Not only did he do the work for less expensive than anywhere else I could find, I got both of my devices back within several hours the same day I brought them in damaged. Keep up the good work!

My phone has been fixed and seems fine now, and while the attendant was generally polite, I felt sketched out going in there. Tried to upsell me to buy a new battery (they asked if my battery life was bad but its perfect) by saying there was some gunk that caused yellowing of the screen. However, when I declined and they gave me back the phone the yellowing was magically gone. The attendant forgot if he charged my card and was on the phone with some questionable conversation. Overall, Im pleased with the product and my repair, but I doubt Ill go back because of the lack of professionalism.

Wonderful experience! I went in to get a charging port repaired, but instead the technician pointed out that my phone was capable of wireless charging. He referred me to an electronics retailer nearby since the particular charger I needed was out of stock. He didnt try to sell me on any additional products or services - just gave me exactly the information I needed to fix my problem at as little cost as possible. I hope I never need to go back, but if (and when) I break my next device, I know exactly where to take it!

I called these guys and they were the cheapest. I came to there store and they were very nice and polite. I have a iPhone 6 Plus and they fixed the screen for $85!!!! That is the cheapest price. Also they said if I found somewhere else cheaper, they would match the cheapest price. Once I walked in they fixed my phone literally in 20 minutes. The kind gentlemen "toan" was great and offered me a free glass protector after it was done. These guys are the best and I recommend them to anyone. 5 star cell phone shop!

The store is right off Coit road you cant miss it. It was my first time going to the store and the service was fast simple and efficient. I wasnt waiting for a long time to get my phone fixed. They even gave me a $10 coupon off the purchase plus 30 day warranty but My Phone WORKS PERFECTLY . Im a college student Im not rich and their prices were fair so I would recommend to anyone who doesnt want pay extra money for AWSOME SERVICE and fair pay. Ask for TONY!

The warranty is BS and I got a bad screen. I took in my phone after having a defective phone screen with a big bubble, and the owner wouldnt replace it because I had scratched it in the meantime because I was on vacation. The phone bubble and the tiny crack in the screen are totally unrelated, so why would this stores policy be that? Very little flexibility and discretion running this business, seems to be new to this country and American expectations.

Super nice people, i called almost 30 minutes to close and asked if they could fix my cracked screen and they agreed to wait for me. As soon as i got there they greeted me and took care of my phone. They took longer than usual they said but that was because the first screen they tried on felt funny so they tried another screen. It means a lot to me when people take pride into their job. Will be using them next time we need a repair!

The process was quick, easy, price comparable, and with a guarantee. They even put on a screen protector and walked through my phone with me to make sure everything worked. I was told my galaxy s4 would cost $170 in repairs elsewhere!! Well needless to say i didnt have to pay that price and it took less then an hour for repairs, with no wait time. So if anyone is looking for fast and great affordable pricing this is the place!! I couldnt have gotten a better deal anywhere else.. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I came to this shop with my Note 4 and I thought I had no hope. I met Town and he was very helpful. I thought I had a problem with my lcd but he figured it was the battery and we tried it and lo and behold, the phone is working now with no issues. I strongly recommend this place. The people that work here truly care about helping you repair your phone. One of our phones needed repair and they fixed it. Each time they told me if it is not x, I will not charge you. Once they fixed it, the price charged, was very very reasonable. Definitely will be back!

Came here last week to fix ip6. CC has bad customer service , and the screen was cheap and bad quality. The screen was not working after 3 days, then I came back to ask refund, but they did not refund. Never come back this store forever .
