UPDATE: You can see exactly the kind of customer service this place of business offers in the responses to complaints lodged by others below. If you need more proof, venture over to the Yelp review page of this business and find similar reactions. Aggressive, abrasive, and confrontational. In not one does the responder take responsibility and in almost all blames the critic for "not responding" to his predictively confrontational and aggressive contact. His responses below speak for themselves. I wish there was a way to hide my name as I expect him to google me to try to discredit me, as he admittedly did to other unhappy customers. Nasty The ladies that typically work the counter are friendly, understanding, and deserve a raise. I visited this location five times and had four great experiences. However, my last visit did not follow this pattern as the owner was manning the desk that morning. The last two times I had visited was due to an issue with my phone randomly turning off and the home/on&off buttons losing function. At the two above mentioned visits, I paid for the repair out of pocket. Each time the screen was replaced, my phone immediately began acting normally. Knowing this, and having repaired my phone each time regarding this problem, Maria assured me that if my screen was not cracked and I had the same problem they would replace the screen under their advertised warranty(that I had never taken advantage of). I had only ever had my phone repaired at this location, mind you. The owner of the shop, after ten-ish minutes of waiting at the counter, walked in from the back reeking of cigarettes. I showed him my phone and told him what was wrong with it based off of my previous experiences in his shop and his own employees "expertise". His ego seemed to be severely bruised and he began to act incredibly rudely -- delivering cutting, insulting, belittling, and evasive responses all with a nasty aggressive grin and angry eyes --literally like he was about to spit on me. So once I was KICKED OUT of the store for asking for my screen to be replaced under their warranty in conjunction with Marias word and naturally responding to his disgusting behavior; I went to another repair shop. It turns out that why my phone had been experiencing the above mentioned problems due to a missing piece that protects the connection cables that control the on/off and home button. As this location was, again, the only place I had ever had my phone repaired, one can only assume that this missing internal/integral part was lost or left out of the original repair at this shop. Because of this snafu and the subsequent rejection of responsibility each of the following four visits I have wasted nearly $700 on repairs that originate from this place of business. Again, the two ladies that work under the owner are lovely. But I will never give this place my business again and have lodged formal complaints in hopes of warning other from sinking their money into their phone repairs only to have their property defiled on their own dime without remedy. Avoid this place like the plague. Protect yourself and your money.

How do I give less than one star? I gave them a second chance because they are conveniently located to me, and theres my BIG mistake. Never again. My phone had been put into a pocket which also contained a melted piece of chocolate. After wiping off what I could find on the outside, nobody could hear me when I was speaking unless using bluetooth. It obviously wasnt broken, not dropped or anything, just needed to be cleaned. So despite misgivings from my last dealing with them I went in. I was greeted a young lady who desperately needs to work on her customer service skills and phone repair skills. After explaining what happened and some rather stupid advice about clearing the cache, she said shed have someone look at it. $20 fee. OK. Until I get a call about a half hour later saying it needs a new USB charging port. Why, I asked I didnt break the phone and it still charges fine. (I knew it was a $10 joint USB/mic component). I knew at this stage she was lying and really knew jack about she was talking about. About 30 seconds of talking to someone else in the background and she came back and said theyd need to replace the mic, and that it would be $100. For a $10 part I said. So I told her Id just come an pick up the phone and go somewhere else. When I picked up the phone about 20 minutes later, she told me the phone was now miraculously working again. So paid and left, but asked the store manager, Yasir/Yasser, to call me ASAP, Hes at the other store, but shed get him to call. Now a week later and Ive not had a call back. I can only assume they knew it was fixed, were going to tell me it needed the part, and scam me out of the additional $80. Ive since heard that 2 other of my friends have had bad experiences here since Xmas, so please SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. DONT GO THERE.

I cannot recommend these guys. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen with a brand new replacement screen. They broke the replacement and told me they would replace it for free but needed to acquire parts from the warehouse. Almost a month later, I received the phone back with substandard workmanship. The new screen was not adhered all the down to the phone which results in much of the phone not registering touch. The phone is literally in worse shape than when I originally brought it in with a cracked screen. Even if it was offered to replace for free, I would not return. I cannot trust that I would have my phone back in any meaningful amount of time and that the issue would be resolved.

I bought a new charger port and battery in May 2016. Phone is no longer charging and went in to get a repair. They initially wanted $160 dollars but then verbally agreed to replace both and screen for $125. An hour or so later called and said they couldnt do it for less than $200 but offered a trade in for a refurbished phone. Nice people but the fact a new battery and charger I paid $120 for 5 months ago no longer works is unacceptable. Will not go back.

Honestly I dont even know why I called around to find the lowest price. They always have the lowest prices around Dallas. I took my iPhone 6s for a screen replacement during my lunch break, and they only took 10 minutes to fix it. I was impressed! Every time I crack my screen, Im coming here!!!
