They stole from me twice!!!! So almost 3 months ago I was 9 months pregnant and needed a phone fast. I went into a Verizon store on Greenville and was looking to get whatever free phone they had at the time. I was taking a 10 week unpaid maternity leave and had little to spare. The guy at the store sold me some cheap phone and a tablet and told me the only price he could give me was if I bought both and it would be $100. They had already ran my credit I had just left the dr and was told the baby was due at anytime- so I took the deal. I came home that night and realized how much the guy screwed me over. The phone and the tablet were both offered as free. And they even had an iPhone for free (when I asked he told me they didnt offer that). Customer service said I would have to return the phone and tablet at one location and go to another to get the deal. I did it, and even though I paid cash they told me they couldnt give me it back. It would be issued in a check. I called weekly and they kept assuring me that it would come. I called customer service and they said theyd issue me a credit. Its been three months and I still have yet to see the money back from the return. I called customer service and now they say they dont even see a returned item! So they stole $100 from me initially by charging me for two free items and then when I went to return the item they took them and I still didnt get the money back. Essentially they stole from me twice! What can I do? Verizon is not helping at all.

Ive dealt with Katy Ricci for many years. She is as good as it gets in customer service. Katy handles both my personal and business accounts. Katy goes out of her way to make things happen. Most of my employees work on construction sites. When a phone is lost or broken, Katy is there to make sure that we have everything in place to get the phone replaced (almost) in the blink of an eye. She often checks with me to review our plan and make sure that we are getting the best deal possible, notifying me of specials, available upgrades, and just checking to make sure that our plan is the best match for our usage. Katy also helps me to choose the best phone for each of my employees, steering away from phones that may not be durable enough for a construction site, or may be too complicated for a technologically challenged employee. There is no problem to large or too small for Katy to tackle. Her favorite phrases are, "We can take care of that" and "Let me see what I can do." She always finds a way to create a positive outcome for her clients. Katy is the ultimate customer service rep!

The moment I walked into the store, I knew I had witnessed a real angel. I didnt really even need a new phone but something came over me. It was her voice....a siren song drawing me closer and closer. She dawned a halo above her head like a goddess. Or maybe the light was coming through the windows kinda funny or something I dont know..... anyways she began to speak and I was immediately blessed with all of the knowledge of the latest phones and phone accessories. My mind began to stray and I started thinking of propane but she kept me on track. Her unstoppable knowledge of everything in the store could not be ingored. I instantly bought two note 5s, a Gpad tablet, and four otter boxes. Her name is Devinne. Kneel before her. She is a goddess.

This place offered no help at all. I went after my Galaxy S5s (still under warranty) screen went out (which did not involve dropping the phone) and the rep insisted there was nothing they could do, other than me paying $300 for a new phone. On top of that he continued insisting that I had dropped the phone, despite not having done that. I even overheard him remark to another worker, as I was walking out, that I was lying and had dropped the phone. I finally went to a different store in Fort Worth, put in a warranty claim, and will receive my new phone within 2 days. Thanks for nothing.

Dreaded the whole new phone/plan upgrade thing SO much after having the same phone and plan for 3 years. I decided to stop in at this Verizon store and was greeted immediately by Jacob who took care of EVERYTHING I needed. The process was lengthy, as I was getting a new phone on my parents plan and had a ton of information to transfer over to my new device, but he made the whole thing very personable and pleasant, which made the time pass so quickly. Everyone there was so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend. Thanks for being so great, Jacob!

I was in there the other day and Katy was super helpful. She saved me money and got me a new phone. I was ready to jump ship and go with another provider but I will stay if I can continue to work with Katy. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. I expected to be in there for hours, but was in and out with fantastic service, exactly what I needed and I spent less than I would have if Katy hadnt helped steer me in the right direction. I am loving my new phone and am happy knowing that there is someone I can go to for help. Thanks Katy!

I dont usually write reviews, but I had a really good customer service experience at this Verizon location. I went in with low expectations to get a new phone on Saturday based on previous experience, but Jacob Nelson was a huge help. He was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and gave us honest advice. He greeted us immediately when we walked in and we didnt have to wait. When me and my boyfriend left we were like wow, he was really nice. Just wanted to say thank you! We will go back to him and to this location in the future.

I just popped in the store to get my phone soft wear updated. The the gentlemen - Josh, Dusty and Tom listened to me and stepped up to help with updating the phone! Helped with changing my Apple ID! They were friendly, and very very helpful! I am a senior lady who is not real tech knowledgeable! I had been to 2 other verizon stores with these issues and they those two stores were a bit rude and did not help! In fact a couple years ago, I came here and was treated as well! Nancy Harmon

I went in to buy a Samsung galaxy s7 edge 32gb and the Mexican salesman said it was 950 dollars for the phone + tax!! Ridiculous. The Iphone 7 plus 256gb isnt even that much. This was a 32gb phone..I told him it was 792 online and he said thats with the two year plan, if I buy it outright it was 950 dollars. I told him no thanks and headed to the Best Buy on 75 and park and bought the galaxy s7 edge for 772 plus tax. Becareful of that dude hes trying to scam you.

I went in looking for a new phone and immediately Katy Ricci greeted me with an enthusiastic smile. She explained in detail the new devices and helped me get the right phone for me. Katy was also very informative about the about the different services offered by Verizon and she also helped save me money on my monthly bill. I have told several of my friends to visit this store and specifically look for Katy as she is very helpful and friendly!
