I wish I can give 0 star to them. Have been waiting for the call back from them but never get one, I decided to write down my SO BAD experience here. Just a reminder to anyone may want to go here to open your account or just want to go with Verizon. My husband and I came in on 11/29 and would like to know more about a promotion. The sales guy there kinda explain to us and we did have some questions. He suggested us go to corporate store (we should hear what he said...) and it sounds he didnt want to have our business. But anyway, he got all our information and said we will get our new phones by Tue or Wed(12/1 or 12/2). In the following week, starting from Tues, my husband called in everyday to see if we can pick up, everyday different guys said the same thing - Should be here by tomorrow. Finally, we decided to be there to dig out. On 12/6 Sunday afternoon, We met our 2nd sales guy - John. He said they have the phones available all those weeks and he helped us set up(they have them in stock when we first came in). We paid the taxes of phone and twice of "installation fee" and signed a yellow paper(be careful). He mentioned we do have 14 days return policy but he didnt explain in details at all! On week of 12/14, the second week we purchased our phone and started to have verizon service. We noticed there are promotion going on the phone we purchased. We called custom service and asked if we are eligible to the new promo. They gave the answer of "YES". Just return to store and re-order. Of course we understand we may have re-stock fee but its still worth it. On 12/20, we back to this store and requested to return-repurchase. They said NO since today is the 15th day. They count the 12/6 as first date. Outside the store, we called customer service again, the lady on phone confirmed 12/20 is the 14th day of our service. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RETURN our phones. She suggested us go to the corp store to get it solved. We went to another Corp store and got rejected. The reason they gave is WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY EQUIPMENT FROM OTHER AUTHORIZED RETAIL STORES. BECAUSE WE ARE NOT 100% SURE THOSE EQUIPMENT.And in here, we were able to confirm two things - 1. the day after we had our phones are the 1st day of service. 12/20 was still the 14th day. 2. We should not have billed twice of "installation fee".(This is not mentioned by the first sales guy as well) You should only pay the taxes of your device. Any other fee(activation fee/access fee will be on monthly bill) We had to go back to this store AGAIN. Back there, John showed us the yellow paper we signed. YES YOU ARE RIGHT. THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM. on this paper, it said "today(the date we signed is the 1st day) BUT HOW COME IT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT WITH VERIZON COMPANYS ANSWER????? why are there two different policy under the same company Verizon? And why are we asked to sign this paper at that time? We asked to speak with the DISTRICT MANAGER for clarification. John said he emailed a lady who is the REGIONAL SALES MANAGER and get back with us on 12/22. OF COURSE, you know it. I never get the phone call. Spending like 4 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, on the way to 2 stores and people there. We were just so mad. We called customer service again for an answer. And the ladies there just back and forth telling us Yes and No. Yes you can return it. Yes i am helping you to process it. Yes i found a corp store would like to help to take the return. Oh sorry, they said they couldnt do that. We were even on our way to the 3rd corp store and were told again this corp store are not willing to help. The experience made us really disappointed and tired. Just 2 points to summary - Verizon has a bad customer service... When you encountered problems, obviously they couldnt help and solve problem. Be careful of these Authorized Retailed Stores, they set the rule by themselves and not controlled by Verizon. And Verizon company let them do whatever they want (changing policy and extra charges on customer). The devices may come from unofficial resources.

I came to this location this morning to switch the SIM card on my phone--moving from a Samsung Galaxy S4 to a new HTC 626 Desire--and I could not be happier with the service and quality of this store. Two gentlemen helped me with what I needed--Johnny Faustino and Hector Reyes. Both were very professional, amiable, and knowledgeable. The process took very little time and every step was explained carefully and with detail. Furthermore, both Johnny and Hector were honest and upfront about how much they were going to charge and what exactly for, which was very fair. I strongly recommend this location to anyone in need of cellphone service specifically for contracts under Verizon, and Id like to commend both Johnny and Hector for being so helpful and patient. It appears that Verizon puts customer service first, both online and in-store, which Im very thankful for!

The Cellular Sales staff lied about their Samsung phones, claiming that the Samsung S3 and S4 functionality were almost the same. My best friend was taken in by them and bought the lousy Galaxy S3 which has a much slower processor, poorer resolution, bad battery life and inferior camera. I wanted my friend to go to Costco where the S4 was free with contract, and they claimed my friend would lose his phone number. They also claimed (Jeff Lee) that their chain was much bigger than Verizon. My friend paid $159 when he finally upgraded to the S4 (new contract) and there were NO things like screen protector, case, ear buds, or car charger other places like Costco would give for free. And they use a DSL internet their, so slow it took 5 minutes for their machine to even process a credit card. Stay away!

The gentleman who assisted me in exchanging my phone went above and beyond excellent customer service!! My phone was purchased out of state and hit some obstacles in getting exchanged. Kevin was immensely helpful, answered all my questions, was so courteous to ensure my exchange and account was handled smoothly with the store I originally purchased the phone from. He graciously handled all this even though he was about to close when I arrived and took the time to transfer all of my contacts and info to my new phone flawlessly. If you go to this store, Kevin is the man to ask for. Great store, excellent professional people, and I would highly recommend going specifically to this store for its customer service.

Jason took his time explaining a new phone model for my husbands upcoming upgrade. He also did a great job transferring data from my old phone to new. I liked it was quiet, not the heavy traffic you get at other Verizon stores; definitely more intimate of a setting. The only negative is that they charge $25 to transfer data from an old phone to new if you bought your phone elsewhere whereas the other Verizon stores never charged me for this up in Frisco since Ive been a Verizon customer a number of years. Overall, great experience.

When I walked into the Verizon Store in Richardson one morning, I was looking for help with some problems. I got way more than I would ever anticipated. The gentleman who helped me is Josh Harrison, He helped me in ways I would never have expected. I am extremely grateful for all of his assistance. He is a treasure: thoughtful, caring, and going way beyond I would ever expected anyone to do to help me. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is honest, reliable and caring. It has been an experience I’ll never forget.
