I visited the store to see about switching one of my phone lines to a jetpack line, I was informed by the sales rep that she was not able to help me and I could try to call in. A few min after leaving the store the manager calls me to let me know I was committing fraud and starts interrogating me like im a criminal. Instead he should of found out what my needs are and suggested a product. This was very unprofessional on his behalf as I have been with verizon for 7 years. Dont waste your time going here.

I received phenomenal customer service from Rick and Oscar. They took the time to work with me by cutting my phone bill by 50%. Their sound business and technical knowledge allowed me to focus on how I could save more money, and allow me to still invest in a new phone, without going over my budget. These gentlemen possessed positive traits of professionalism, fairness, and positive attitude. I will, definitely, be coming back to this location to seek their assistance when needed. Excellent Service and Very Friendly. Highly recommend asking for Rick! Very knowledgeable and very prompt when it comes from service. I originally came in cause my phone would not turn on. He quickly diagnosed it and scheduled new one sent. When the new one arrived I cracked it. I went back to him and he was very prompt to repair it. This is a truly exceptional experience I encountered and recommend this location. I will be going there from here on out and I live out in uptown. Kudos Rick!!!

Oscar and Rick beyond my expectation for service. I always get great service with verizon. However this location showed how much they take care of customers. As they were closing at 5 pm on Sunday, I was pulling up. They asked how can they help, and they stayed past hours to assist me on updating my plan and picking out new phones. Very friendly and helpful.

I cant speak highly enough about the store manager. I believe his name was Anthony. Answered all my questions, gave me info that saved me $10 on my bill, searched for my company to see if I could obtain corporate discounts (which I did). He was helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Ill definitely use this store for my Verizon needs in the future.

The customer service is the best I have seen. Talha treats you like family and is willing to do what it takes to make you happy. I had no complaints and learned so much from the manager about this phone. I recommend anyone and everyone to come to this store even if it is just to talk about life while getting a bill paid.

I had lots of problems with my old phone and went in to switch to Verizon. Customer service was amazing; they stayed on the phone for over an hour to find out how to port my number. Both of the workers were outstanding, Rick even offered me great deals and helped me save money. Oscar was awesome too! :) SO satisfied!

Ive been with Verizon for over 10 years and have been to many different locations. I recently visited this location for the first time since I moved to Dallas and Oscar, the store manager, is the best rep Ive worked with. Hes so personable and knows his stuff; such a pleasurable experience!
