Fiesta Cellphones will NEVER see me there again after 5 years of my family dealing with them! KHALID MAHMOOD, the manager, sold me a used G1 T-mobile phone and passed it off as new. He stated it was scare so they got delivered without a box and only came with the plastic. Their price $280 and the phone never worked. At the T-Mobile store on Westhiemer/Fondren, I got the same phone as NEW for $179 in the box with all the accessories that KHALID MAHMOOD claimed was not available. When I tried returning the phone to Fiesta, they only refunded $205 and kept the rest for restocking a phone that did not have a box. It was only a phone and a charger but they still took my money. My family, my ex, my friends and myself WILL NEVER do business with Fiesta Cellphones or anyone that works there ever again. After 2 sidekicks and 3 other phones, you think that KHALID and Fiesta Cellphones will be appreciative and not steal your hard earned money. Please go the T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint stores directly as they are way cheaper than Fiesta Cellphones and your information/privacy is protected and not shared or sold. Moreover, you get to deal with the service providers directly.

A friend took her S5 to get fixed, paid beforehand, and after 2 weeks they told her that the phone had been stolen. Do not go to this place or trust them with your phone.
