For future reference, the store is on the north side of Bissonnet by Radio Hack, not the south side like the photo would suggest The owner comes off as a bit rude whether realizes it or not, but that doesnt bother me so much, you will see this with the amount of arguments he gets into with his customers, very amusing as he aggravates these hardcore ghetto like people in this shady neighborhood. Every phone he sells seems to be used and he charges like new prices for them, his excuse being that they are refurbish, hahaha yeah right I love the ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy, you know thats not true if you pay by credit card. I could go on about this store but I think youll get the point

Lived in Alief since 1989, tried this shop out for its location to my home and was disappointed. Paid $25.00 for a battery that never worked, tried to sale me a sd card for $25.00 that retails for $5.00 when I returned the "Manager" pulled out 2 batteries and ran the old switch a roo making me belive the battery was charging. I left and later felt cheated. I seriously doubt any of the previous comments about "FREE" stuff are true seeing how he overpriced everything. I spent a total of $35.00 with this CELL SHOP and consider it the price you pay to stay away from BAD BUSINESS .... Salaam

avoid this store its a bunch of lies. called to get a price on how much to unlock my cell phone. they said $25 then i head to the store and they said its actually $45. and when confronted they said they never gave me that price. its a bunch of con artist working there trying to rip people off. its called cell shop not stop. go and head to cell stop next to shipley donuts the guy there is very honest and polite and very upfront. they even lie about the name of their shop to steal business from their competitor.

This the worst store i have seen on this planet. They are very racism, speak to you carelessly and lies like pigs in the desert. in fact they do not know how to do business. They sold me a bad phone which had problems and they were aware of the problems, but told me a lie. They are a bunched of idiots. Avoid this store. very very very bad store on this earth. they need to educate them on business management.

Not the best cell phone shop. But they treat you good. And if theres any problem they work with you. Bought 5 phones from here most worked perfectly except for two but they were willing to exchange them so it wasnt that big of a deal. One bad thing is the prices. If youre cheap dont come here.

i asked them to repair my iPhone 6s plus and they broke my phone and did not want to fix it or offer me a new one. the store ripped me off. i would not go to this store ever again . im filling a law suit against them ..
