I ordered my shield online and replaced it myself. They require to send the old one in via an included prepaid envelope or else they would bill you for the full price of the shield in 60 days. Instead of sending the old one in via the envelope I asked the gentleman at this zagg kiosk if I could give it to him instead. I asked questions and he answered.He did not need my receipt, order number, or email. He was very reassuring and confirmed that I could send it in this way. Leaving without a receipt of drop off, days pass and the website has not updated my status as "received" on the old unit. Worried zagg would bill me, I emailed zagg customer service about the situation and they said what the kiosk did was incorrect and that there wouldnt be a way they could process it that way. They had me email my original receipt which luckily I had and they marked it as received. On a side note, go to the best buy geek squad near the Walmart on wetmore for zag shields and installs. Less hastle and they wont do a horrible job on installing the shield as the kiosk did in the past with my friends phone (off centered, peeling, and dust)

Ive been a customer of Zagg for years.They have the best screen protectors in the business. However, they rarely have any in stock or thats what they say when they dont want to do the work. Whats the point of a lifetime replacement warranty if you never have any in stock to replace? The service is so sub par to describe it as sub par is giving them way too much credit. Once I needed to get a replacement and was told flat out they didnt have any! He didnt even look! I asked for the managers number, called her, and all of the sudden he had my particular shield in stock! Just yesterday, I took an Asus zenwatch 2 to get a warranty replacement and.... You guessed it, none in stock. The young lady told me that she hasnt gotten the shipment in yet. I have heard this excuse multiple times from them. I had to drive 40 minutes to the park place mall to get a replacement. They have the best shields in the business and unfortunately the worst customer service.

Very irritated.. After a $65.00 protection shield was installed, I couldnt operate my phone. If when the shield was installed, you knew there was a problem, why wouldnt you tell me. It is my opinion that the young lady knew this shield wasnt going to work on my Samsung Edge, but decided the sale was more important. Of course, she said there " may be clicking" but not advise that you cant push buttons, and then the clicking became a POP...of course, while Im travelling and cant reach anyone for advice or help... In other words, you took my $$$$ and left me unprotected... DISPICABLE and sad way to run a business.. Regina F. Tucson, AZ

Had a couple frustrating service experiences with new staff members but after posting my concerns on a review the manager Marci followed up quickly with a resolution and explanation. She also gave her schedule if I wanted to work with her directly when I came back. I ended up at the mall before I planned to go see her but the employee working knew who I was and replaced my Apple Watch screen with an upgraded version quickly and efficiently. Currently satisfied with this location. Thanks guys!

Have been several times to have screen protectors replaced on my phones, both clarity HD & glass. Love that their products have a lifetime guarantee, which means that even replacement glass screen protectors are only $6. In the 5 times I have visited this kiosk, they have always had my product in stock. Never a bad experience with the employees; Marcy was especially helpful... knowledgeable, competent, & friendly. I have recommended to friends, & will definitely return!

Worst store ever, come here to order my invisible shield replacement, at first the guy ordered the wrong one. Then I had to order another one. After the right shield came, the guy refused to install it for no reasons. And he arranged me to come here again. Today I came here and the sale person told me my shield has already been sold. RIDICULOUS. Just because I ordered a replacement one doesnt mean you can do that. Would rate them a zero if possible.

So my wife and i have had zagg before and we love them, this location has an employee named Miguel and he was awesome. He corrected a faulty initial film done by someone else, and he turned what was gonna be a negative impression into a good one. Thanks much we love the new film on our s8.

we got our modem, service was great and they gave us our modem free. Next year modem had problem and we took it directly to the same place and they have given us a new one without any problem. We were out in 15 minutes. They were very helpful and prompt.

Worst stand ever. The owner isnt very polite. Customer service is horrible. There are a few people that are nice, but overall it isnt run properly. Do not recommned this place. If you want your shield installed properly, go somewhere else.

Nothing is ever in stock, and they always have an excuse for why they dont have it. Prices continue to go up, yet you can get the same product for a third of the price on Amazon.
