Warning! Do not shop here. Poor customer service/faulty products. Would give 0 stars if possible I had recently broken my Iphone 6s screen and taken it to this store to get replaced. Immediately after i returned home i noticed an annoying pink dot (a dead pixel) along with the touchscreen becoming unresponsive every few minutes. The screen had also become dangerously hot around the speaker at the top even with the lowest brightness setting. I called them no less than an hour later saying i was sold a faulty screen, i was told i had a 60 day warranty and could bring it in and get a new screen, the problem was i have a busy schedule and i was leaving the country the following day. 2 weeks later after i return my screen had cracked while bending down (i weigh 160lbs and was wearing sweatpants). Soon after i returned to the store where i had one of the worst customer service interactions (I work in customer service too). 1. The woman at the desk told me because my screen was cracked they could not replace, understandable until she said it because they wouldnt get as much money when they ship it to the manufacturer, even though i paid $167 to get my screen replaced with an already faulty screen 2. I asked what the point of a warranty was if from day 1 i called about my screen being faulty and they could not change it because of a crack. She had no answer... 3. I asked what could be done since the screen sold me was faulty. She said "I dont know" and she repeatedly offered me a new screen for $175 even though thats more than what i paid 4. I watched this woman quote 3 different prices for the Iphone 6S screen replacement during my wait. these prices ranged from $150 - $175, even one of the customers commented on the face that each person hes talked to quoted him different prices for the same service. I was informed the manager would be at the store during its store hours the following day. I came back the following day at 3pm to find the same women who when asked where the manager was, all she replied with was "Hes not here". I went to the other worker there that day who was a young blonde man (forgetting his name, i believe it was josh or chris, not sure) who after explaining my dilemma offered to try and fix the unresponsiveness which at this point happened every 10 seconds (no exaggeration) by trying to straighten the screen. The unresponsiveness was not fixed but he was the first and only worker offer to help rather than peddling another screen for more than i paid.

I went to the Sam Moons in Frisco and saw the cell phone accessory store in their shopping center so I stopped in. I have a 6+ iPhone and needed a good case for it. I wanted a wallet style so I could also put a couple of credit cards and ID in it and not always have to take my purse with me. I was waited on by a college-age young man who was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Im almost 70 and he took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. What I purchased is very good quality and Im pleased with the price. I will recommend this store to my friends.

Went in on a Saturday because my cell phone battery was going bad and phone was dying within five minutes of a full charge. I didnt realize they were about to close in five minutes and the gentle man told me it was ok that they will still fix it even though I was willing to come back during their business hours. They had it fixed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place. Very good customer service.

I would recommend going elsewhere for screen replacements. Customer service was good and they were done within a few hours, however the screen was not put on well and slowly loosened over a few weeks. I had to pay a competitor to reinstall a new screen who completed the repair in under an hour and claims to use high-quality glue, plus guaranteed the work for 90 days.

Terrible Service. They replaced the battery on my cell phone and it only worked for 1 week, when i took it back they said something was wrong with the phone and they couldnt do nothing about it. They didnt refund anything!! I also bought a charging cord and it burned by other iphone. Please avoid this store. They are not good at all!

My husband got his glass replace here before we went on vacation. They are fast but the glass was not making great contact and was separating. They dont use true apple materials and high-priced. We had to take phone to Apple to have it replaced correctly and pay again.

Terrible place. Come to find out they dont even do the repairs in store. Phone ended up at another shop (MK Cell Phone Repair) off of Harry Hines. When asked the lady at the shop lied about it.
