My husband and I recently got new phones and spent two+ hours at the store in Butte. Chad and Thomas were awesome (both should get raises)!!! - researching software to get the data and contacts transferred, get the phones set up, work with us on needed accessories, and provided a few tips. The store has markedly improved their customer service and product selection. Kudos to whoever turned this store around - last time I used the store was a yearish ago and the service was horrible.

This store and staff is fantastic, lots of options on cases. I had the pleasure of working with Sierra who was super friendly and took care of everything I needed to get my new device up and running. She made recommendations on the plan that works best for my family and took her time to help me pick the right phone. Hands down the best Verizon experience I have ever had. Customer service is amazing. Came to upgrade my phone last week and they took a good care of me. Tried to squeeze as many offers and discounts they could. Sierra, the assistant manager stayed an hour late after her shift to help customers because it got busy. I would recommend this store to everybody.

A nice store with lots and lots of choices but, most importantly, great people. Taya Jackson, for one, spent some amount of time helping me setup my new iPhone 7. She is smart, patient, persistent, anxious to help, and cheerful all at once. A pleasure to work with and she got the job done.

Absolutely the worst. Just drive to bozeman. They wont greet you, do everything in their power to be difficult, and overcharge you. Drive to a real Verizon retailer or go online. This place is terrible.
