The last two times I have been to this store my service was awful. Came in today just to ask a question. When you have 6+ employees standing around not doing anything and only one guy trying to help 4 or 5 customers something is wrong. I stared at one guy for a good few minutes before he looked at me and realized I was watching him. He simply looked away and took his phone out and started messing around on it. If I remember right he was the same guy who the last time I was there I asked him for help when he was jerking off on his phone and he looked at me like "why are you asking me for anything." Lets just say today was the last time I ever step foot in that store. Also letting everyone I know to stay away.

This place is the absolute worst! I went in to talk about a problem I had. I waited 40 minutes before someone came to me. Then he didnt even know how to fix my problem! I was told that they couldnt fix it. I demanded that it was fixed, by them, because I have been with them for 12 years. He stated that his manager would put a credit on my account. I checked my account two weeks later and there was no credit! I called the store to talk to a manager and I was on hold for 45 MINUTES! No one ever answered the phone. This store is ridiculous. DONT GO TO IT!

The staff here was not helpful at all. The staff plays the blame game with the system, but in the process shows a complete lack of regard for keeping anyones business. Spoke with the manager of the store, and he did not offer a resolution to the problem. To that point, he did not seem to mind the possibility of losing a customer. Everyone is better off going to Best Buy to get any kind of customer service even for Verizon. The people at Best Buy are the only reason that I didnt close my account and go back to AT&T.

Shabby treatment is this stores specialty. I was told to wait 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to an agent and told him about my wait, he offered no apology, asked for my name and number, found them, and then walked away from me. I left. When I called in to speak to the store manager, I got belligerent run-around and subsequent calls were terminated.

Horrible service. They skipped us. I dont even know how if it was automatically suppose to show us next. After an hour wait we got a girl who was not helpful at all. She gave us like 3 minutes of her time and then was done helping us since she couldnt make an almost 600 dollar sale from me rather than just helping me fix my phone.

So we are here waiting 40 minuets for help, which is fine they are busy, but heres my problem there are a lot of employees just walking around, the phones been going off and nobody has answered it. This is all very ridiculous. Not impressed verizon....

Like most Verizon stores there is a long wait to get help and it is first come first serve. The store is fairly new so it is clean and well maintained. Parking can be an issue if they are very busy.

I had a good experience, but when I went back later that day with my husband to choose a phone the associate was very rude, cold, and no help whatsoever in choosing or demonstrating the phone.
