This was one of the WORST shopping experiences I have had. I needed a phone to use for a few months, so I didnt want to buy a full price phone. This looked like the answer. The FIRST time I went in, a girl helped me. I needed a phone that would work on Verizon. She points to the shelf that she said had all of the Verizon phones. I found one I liked and brought it to the store to get activated...turns out it was a T-Mobile phone and would not work with Verizon. It even said T-Mobile on the back. I figured since she worked there she knew that it would work...I guess not. So, I return to the store and exchange the phone for another. This phone did say Verizon on it, so I figured I was good. So, I drive back to the Verizon store, and they tell me the phone has been flashed over to Cricket and no longer works on Verizon. Strike Two. So, I drive BACK to this hall of morons, only to find they CLOSED a half hour early!! I returned the next morning at 8:55AM to continue this wonderful experience to find out they still were NOT OPEN (with a posted opening time of 8:30AM). Obviously these fools are not operating in the same time zone as the rest of us. I did finally get a phone that worked, but I can assure you the next time I need a used phone it will not be through these worthless people. My advice, if you need a inexpensive phone, just go to eBay or Craigslist. This place is run by a bunch of idiots.

Great I phone Experience I needed to get a new i phone since I recently lost mine in Mexico. I am up for an upgrade in May with At&T, so it would have been $600 to get into a new iphone. The guy at the At&t store suggested to try craigslist to find a phone till my $200 upgrade comes available in May. I looked at CL and saw the cellular recycler posting. I was a little worried since I saw a few negative reviews, but I went none the less since I didnt see many options. They had a decent selection of i phones. I ended up getting the cheapest 3G 8gig they had and spent less than two bills on it. The best part is they said they would buy it back from me in May for around $100, which will help me subsidize my 4G upgrade. Thanks for saving me some cash!

I wanted a new phone but didnt want to pay a high price or buy one off craigslist because thats sketchy. My friend told me about these guys because he dropped a few old phones off and got cash back. I went in during my lunch break and the experience was quick and simple. I needed a verizon phone and they had a bunch to choose from: basic flip phones to smart touch phones. I was very pleased and the phone works perfect... for a fraction of the price.

I have to say, at first I was nervous about buying a used cell phone...how am I supposed to know that it works? But the people who work at Cellular Recycler are amazing! All their phones come with a fifteen day warranty, so you know what youre getting is a great deal, and they back their product 100%! Plus, the customer service is excellent. Bravo to a job well done-this store gets a 10/10 in my book!

My phone got run over. Went to phone recyclers and got a better phone at a reasonable price, especially since I didnt have to sign up for more years of service to get that price. They even helped me copy my contacts from the old phone.. My son-in-law broke the screen on his phone, so I sent him. He got a camara phone for real cheap, so he was also very pleased. Very helpful people, very good service.

They really didnt know what they were doing, they actually told me to go to Verizon to activate the phone I bought from them, because they couldnt figure it out. Their "expert" was on a break so they couldnt answer my questions, they knew nothing about the phones they sell. The worst bit is the phones are way overpriced. Really people, go on EBay for used phones, they are waaaaay cheaper.

I sent out 7 cellphone and it was easy to use the website. There are many of "drop off Box" The cellphone donation. I did not feel comfortable to drop it off and not getting paid. The people were friendly and Direct. Used Cellphone = Cash. Awesome!. I would highly recommend to these group. If you are planning to throw away the old cell phone. Sent to these guys. Not in the grabage.

I went and checked it out. Very unimpressed with theyre selection, and Im not impressed with theyre knowledge ( they kept trying to sell me a AT&T phone saying it would work with Verizon). But most importantly theyre prices are OUTRAGIOUS! Youd be much better served shopping on ebay. Id say craigslist but these guys spam that so bad, its hard to wade through!

Cellular Recycler is an AWESOME company! I have gone to them twice to replace my phone, once to the actual store, and now the online store, which saves a lot of time. They have quality phones at even better prices. The staff are friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service and your product.

My sons broke his mytouch screen. Called them up and they offered to replace it with a used one for a very reasonable price. I took it in and sure enough the used one had a great screen. They replaced it in 45 minutes, tested it out with me and I was on my way. Very happy with the service!

I went to Cellular Recycler looking for a used Verizon phone and they were more than willing to help me find and set a phone. The process was simple, and the staff was cordial. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of a used phone!

Went to see if they had a smart phone I wanted. Its in a warehouse building so kind of confusing, but found retail side that is located at the wood deck. They didnt have the exact phone I wanted, but one super similar and way cheaper! Great find.

Went here to turn in an old phone for some money. It is kind of in a random place, but the building is really nice inside. They also sold phones there....older used ones for cheap and new looking ones for still less then normal.

My phone kept dying and I finally figured out it was the battery. Instead of buying a new one at retail price, I went here on my lunch break and got one for $1!....they also have chargers.
