Cant say enough great things about BREE DUNCAN here. I have recently had three major problems with my phone & account, and Bree patiently & efficiently helped fix each one. (1) I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus and shattered the screen and had to make an insurance claim through Asurion (the insurance company Verizon uses for its $11 per month iPhone insurance). Bree emailed me the link to the online claim form, answered the questions I had while filling it out (via phone call)...and I had my replacement iPhone the very next day. It was so easy! (2) Bree helped me transfer everything from my broken phone to the new one. She set up my email, iCloud, everything. This takes time, and she never once made me feel rushed. (3) While helping me transfer all this info, Bree noticed--on my Verizon Account page--that my monthly bill seemed unusually high. She combed through it and discovered an extra $111 of mysterious monthly fees that had been showing up each month for the past 6 months. (I had THOUGHT my bills were getting outrageous, but even after inspection couldnt determine why.) Bree got on the phone on the spot & after, literally, an HOUR of both Bree & me alternately debating with the Verizon rep (and the reps supervisor), we got to the bottom of the charges & were able to get them removed/credited to my account! On top of this that day, she updated my plan (which I had signed up for a year ago) to the "current" price for exact same plan, which is now $5 less that what it originally was. So she saved me an extra $60 per year by clicking a button. Bree is exceptionally knowledgable about plans, settings, everything. She really CARES about her customers, looks out for them and is committed to making them leave the store HAPPY.

Up until recently I would have given a 5 star rating, unfortunately over the last two weeks that has changed. In September I upgraded to a new phone, the employee who was helping me couldnt, for some reason, print off the shipping label that I needed to return my old phone. She told me to stop by in the next couple of days to pick it up. I picked it up about a week later and she had it nicely taped to a box with packaging inside and everything. I went right to the fed ex store and mailed it. In December I noticed that I was charged an extra $380 on my cell phone bill. I called Verizon, they dont have a record of receiving the phone. I contacted the store manager where I did my upgrade. Apparently there is no record of the shipping label that I was given, so we cant track the phone to see where it is at. As unfortunate as that is, i am not a fault, it is the stores responsibility, their employee didnt record the necessary information into my account. They seemed helpful at fist but I have been trying to get some resolution for over 2 weeks now and the store manager has not even returned one of my phone calls.

Val, the representative who helped me, was absolutely wonderful! She listened without interrupting, which is rare. She then worked to provide for me exactly the services that met my needs, without my having to repeat a description of my circumstances. She described each device and the accessories that would make each more serviceable for me. Even though transferring the data from my old phone to my new one took time beyond closing time, Val stayed and never acted like it was a bother. Val is the epitome of Customer Service! You are fortunate to have her.

wow disrespectful people. i waited an hour and a half to wait for a question on wifi. the lady named jackie who also dresses very hookerish decided it was ok to put my item on the counter. sneered my direction and say rather rudely oh i just clocked out. and to top it off her friends that eaually were looking like homless beggers were mocking me. and the lady helping me heard the entire conversation. and this jackie lady just laughed rudley and walked out. wow no wonder why i switched yoi guys suck

Terrible service. As soon I walked in the agent said, " is this going to take long? Cause I just clocked out". I tried to upgrade my phone, but they told me I can only by it at full cost, and I was going to have to change my plan. Called customer care and it was no problem to upgraded. Then had to go back in the store, do a 3 way call with customer care and the store, then the store decided to just upgrade my phone. These agents will do whats in the best interest in the wallet and not you.

Every time I go into the store I get the BEST customer service you could ask for. All the women are polite and courteous. I also would like to say that they are ALL very knowledgeable and truly WANT to help out the customers. I have had to wait for a small amount of time but watched all the women helping customers and they are very friendly and try to make EVERY attempt to help out. WAY TO GO LIVINGSTON!! you ladies ROCK!!

I was visiting from New York and needed some help with my cellular service, I went into the Verizon store in Livingston Montana, I was greeted when I walked in the door and was told someone would be right with me. The store manager assisted me and he was very knowledgeable and professional and just from observing the other employees were also very friendly and professional. Very nice experience.

The lengths the Verizon crew go to to get a customer set up right the first time is amazing! I often overhear them teaching smart phone 101 to newcomers, setting up email accounts, and doing all the little things for the customer just so everyone has a positive experience. Jackie and crew do an excellent job and I highly recommend them!

Boy, I came in there to buy me one of them Samsung s7 phones. I didnt really know how to use all the features, but Val learned me real good. I can google where my cousins house is even! Great service and lots of help. She even let me know if Im out fishin and drop it in some water, Im still good to go! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Horrible Customer Service, waited 15 minutes behind one other customer already being waited on. Woman behind the counter continuously stopped working to listen to the customer go on and on about personal experiences in life. Extremely inconsiderate to other customers waiting. Eventually got tired of waiting and walked out.

Prices on phones do not match the real price of the item. Had problems with a new phone within the first 30 days of recieving it I took it in and was told that I was stuck with it. Rotten customer service and they will tell you they are out of the mid grade items to sell you the expensive ones.
