Horrible! Just got tricked into $80 in accessories and $20 in protection plans. When she grabbed accessories I asked how much they were because there were no signs. She said dont worry it is part of a package deal. Later when checking out she said that would be $130. I said for what she said for all the add ons. I said I didnt want them she said too late She had already put them on. What a scam. Careful of Sue ....should have just gone online and saved the money.

Dan is my go - to man here at cellular plus. He has helped me with the activation and taught me how to use android phone after leaving iPhone. He is patient and uses language I can understand. He is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Im a frequent visitor with phone issues. Always has a smile on his face and anxious to help.
