This Best Buy is the RUDEST and most incompetent Best Buy i have ever been in my whole life. I am forced to use them from time to time because they are the only game in town for some items etc.. NOt only have they screwed me on more than one PC purchase with stupid false promises about the performance of the PC i bought.. telling me it could take RAM when it could not.. telling me it can take a power unit when the power unit they put in actually does not work,, then putting me through endless days of being without a PC to work on. when i picked it up and took it home, it was still broke! when i called they told me to call the Manufacturer for customer service and they cant help me!!!!!!!!!! what a CROCK! you bet i got pissed i eventually got things worked out.. THEN.. yesterday! i returned an item that was missing the power bloc for hte USB. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK UNLESS I PAID FOR THE POWER BLOCK 20.00 what a bunch of ASS*****.. ALSO,,,,, if those mostly incompetent geeksquad people cant figure out what your problem is, which is 100% of the 6 times in 5 years i brought my PC in,, they will simply ERASE EVERYTHING AND RELOAD WINDOWS FOR YOU. that is their solution.. you might as well take it to a local PC repair shop to have it fixed. it will be cheaper.

I was told by the store person that the $100 charge for a home consultation with the Geek Squad could be applied to any purchase or service charge resulting from the consultation. They came to my house and inspected my existing equipment (speakers, TV, audio, DVD) and determined that all were in working order. I said I did not want to purchase a universal remote control. I was interested in purchasing a wireless speaker kit and installation thereof. The proposal I received came to $449.94 and included the universal remote and 4 separate $49.99 set up fees. I went back to the store and spoke to the department manager. He agreed to reduce the bill to $302.19, excluding the remote control, but said that since I wasnt spending $500, my initial $100 fee could not be applied to the total. He encouraged me to spend another $200 in the store so as to qualify. Bottom line, I was misled and poorly advised by all the Best Buy staff I had dealings with. I will never shop there again.

Overpriced, immature and staff is not very smart at all. Stuff is cheaper next door. (no names). Every time I go to Best Buy in Las Cruces I get ripped off. Especially at the Geek Squad. Geek Squad is over priced. You can go anywhere else and they will charge you 80% less than Geek Squad. Staff at Best Buy dont know their products well. My 14 year old nephew knew more about computers than the guys at the computer department. They didnt know what the power supply was. Guys at the TV section are very immature. They try to seem very smart and like they are too good for you. Its also very easy to see that people in the staff are dating each other. Horrible place. Dont shop there. Buy your stuff online or next door. I bought an HDMI cable online for 4 dollars when they cost 40 at best buy. Rip-Off !!!!

I brought my 1977 Jeep CJ7 to have a simple radio installed. Upon picking up my CJ the light for my speedometer did not work properly. I brought my CJ back to bestbuy where they attempted to fix the problem when I picked up the CJ it was NOT fixed plus it had many other electrical issues. On the receipt they claim to warranty their work however we have to pay to have it fixed prove they are the ones who messed up. INSTALLATION IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!! I spoke with the Harry, I guess a floor manager who had absolutely no customer service then his supervisor TIm White who was much more polite but was unable to assist our needs until we pay to prove that best buy is responsible.

By far the most terrible Bestbuy I have been in. I travel for work a lot and do a lot of shopping at Bestbuys throughout the country. I went in this evening to purchase some new products in the Apple section and no employees were to be scene. I figured they were busy but as I looked around not a single person was in the section nor could I see any employees. I awkwardLy stood next to the Apple MacBooks for 15 minutes and not a single employee walked up to see if I needed help. Ive never had such a poor experience in a Bestbuy. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as it appears no one in this store cares about the customers in it.

Worst Best Buy Ive been in. I went the other day to buy a camera and there werent any on the shelf. I waited for someone to come to the area and help. They seem to be more interested in talking to each other. Maybe because I look older, they feel I dont deserve their attention. This is the third time this has happened since Christmas. Another time when I was looking for help, it took me over twenty minutes and he treated me like I was annoying him. I have walked out of the store dissatisfied for the last time. If Best Buy doesnt want my money, then Amazon can have my business.

I bought a new android phone frm cricket. It plays music that u can hook up to ur car. I went to best buy looking for an adapter piece so I could hook my phone to the tape player and the car. The man I taljed to seemed to be in a big rush and told me that there was no such a thing that exsisted. When i know there is he tried to pressure me to buy a wireless trasmitter that cost 80 bucks! When the item that I needed only cost 10! I went to RADIO SHACK! AND GOT WHAT I NEEDED IN LESS THAN 5MINS! THE ONLY THING BEST BUY IS GOOD FOR IS CDS! EVEN THEN HASTINGS IS WAY CHEAPER1

Excellent customer service! I was nervous going in the store after reading the reviews but they were all outdated so we gave it a shot. We were immediately greeted by a door greeter who asked if we needed help. When we got to the laptop section someone immediately came over and asked if we needed help. We wanted to look at a laptop that was listed online but not on display so he offered to go and look in the back to see if one was available to try. Overall everyone was helpful and we were impressed.

Best Buy is our go to store for appliances, televisions, cameras, phones, movies, etc.etc.etc.. We have always had excellent service through each of the manager changes - helpful and friendly employees in the store, great delivery people and cashiers. With the addition of price-matching, I much prefer to shop in town rather than on line, it makes Best Buy my one stop shop. I can also shop on line with my credit card points at Best Buys on line site shipped to my store in Las Cruces.

The service is terrible. Even though Im in my early twenties I came in already wanting to buy an Apple Watch and the employees chose to not assist me and instead helped people older than myself. The only reason why I came here is because no where else close had the apple watches. I hate the experience the employees are rude and this isnt the first time. Ive bought a laptop here and no one seemed like they were willing to help me. I dont recommended coming here.
