Horrible service, rude employees. Snowbirds are allowed to camp out all winter in the parking lot however if you try to park your motorcycle in some shade in an area where it will not bother anyone- you will get yelled at. It was 114 degrees and the black seat gets too hot to sit on in seconds in the sun. We attempted to park in a sliver of shade near the employee smoking area but in no way impeded any vehicle, cart or foot traffic. A hateful man began yelling at us immediately, even after we tried to explain we were running in and out and that there was no shade any where. Walmart has lost my business all together, especially since I have a similar story from bikers attempting to shop at other valley Walmarts. At a previous visit I also had my watch tossed back at me when I asked if it was possible to change the battery.

I dont usually go to this location even though its closer to my house than the Signal Butte store. There is nothing wrong with the store, the cashier was actually really nice and was able to chat and bag groceries efficiently at the same time. But I was very put off by the fact that I was asked for money three separate times by individuals in and around the store during my 45 minute Wal-Mart trip. Once in the parking lot in the way in, once on my way to the customer service desk, literally seconds after walking in, and then again by a third person on the way out, in the parking lot again. These three men were clearly homeless and I feel bad for them, but I also dont feel comfortable being approached by strange men in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

I went their to get a can of rubberized spray paint, and $10 later im on my way home to finnish a project im working on. When i take the top off i see the tip is missing and part of it is still broke off in the can. So back to walmart i go. . . . before i can say id like to exchange this can for one that isnt broke . im cut off by this manager and told she cant help me . and definitely not without a receipt. Mind you i didnt want my money back just a can of paint that isnt busted. So after digging around for my receipt back in i go . it only took a hour and a half for that same lady to exchange one can for another can . so if you go to this store please check everything before you put it in your cart and for gods sake keep the paperwork.

We took my car to this Walmart for an oil change. After waiting for an hour with no call to let us know if it was done, we returned to the lube area only to be told that the bolt on my oil pan had been broken by the last people to change the oil. I took it to the dealership and was told the bolt was fine. A few weeks later, my husband took his car in, waited around an hour or so, and finally returned to the lube area. He was told his car took a special tool to change the oil. These people made no attempt in either case to let us know they werent working on our cars but let us wait around the store forever. No where else have we been told my husbands car needs a special tool to change the oil either. Incompetence to the nth degree!

I absolutely DESPISE this store!!!!!! Nothing is ever in stock, and most clothing has price tags ripped off. Last night an older woman working in the clothing department was ruder then anything. I tried to get an item that had NO TAG ON IT. so I picked up the same item in another color and she came running after me screaming YOU CANNOT SCAN THAT ONE!! and proceeded to tell the cashier the whole story holding up the line. Meanwhile refusing to make eye contact with me. I have never been treated so poorly. Id rather travel to another state to shop then go here!! These people should be replaced immediately!! unemployment is high and I am sure they can find ANYONE skilled enough to fill the position!!

Im a huge fan of getting everything I need in one place. But I have noticed lately they are out of or no longer stock things I use regularly. Its getting worse, too. Wanted to pick up some more B-12 but they didnt have this gummies I usually get. Wanted spaghetti sauce. Stood there forever reading labels cuz they didnt have the low cal, low sugar, natural ingredients one I usually buy. They quit carrying a specific barbeque sauce, too. Only a few examples. But it seems like all the good brands are disappearing from their shelves. Gonna try another Walmart then maybe go back to Sprouts for groceries and Walmart for non-groceries but will miss my one-stop shopping.

Seldom a cashier at the garden center & always seem to have long lines at the regular checkout. Today is Sunday (Spring time) & I wanted to get some yard work completed. I need just a few supplies (New timer for the mister/New hose/etc...). The Wal-Mart parking lot is busy -- but not the garden center -- NO CASHIER! I am now on my way to Home Depot... This store seems less customer service oriented than most (even other Wal-Marts) to me. I very seldom stop at this location, even though its closer to home -- I drive to the Signal Bute branch instead (or choose another retailer). In my opinion- -this branch need a lot of improvement...

My experience was horrid. I wanted a new invoice or receipt for a purchase I made a couple weeks ago. I lost my copy of my receipt. I proceeded to call Walmart. I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone on hold. Then the ignorant woman asked what can I do? I gave her my info and literally 45 seconds later she says oh well, you must not ever made a transaction here we have nothing here for you sorry. And then tried to tell me I must have to wrong store or department even tho she was the store manager. I have my companys credit card statement and it say the Walmart I called is the one I needed. What happened to customer service today?

Waited behind customer asking a question in sporting goods for 4 mins. after Chad helped him Chad started to walk away from counter he turned and ask me if I needed something ( what do you think I was standing here for ) yes I told him I wanted one box of bullets. Chad said he needed to go help in another department and he would be back in a few minutes. REALLY!! then asked what I needed so he would know what get out of the case when he gets back. REALLY!! I told him to forget about. What you should have done Chad was take 2 mins and ring me up and change your attitude while your at it you are always miserable.

This is the only Walmart located within Apache Junction city limits. It is located conveniently on the main thoroughfare going through town.(Apache Trail/at Delaware). Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Convenient REDBOX location and Subway inside. I personally prefer not to use this Walmart after dark as its parking lot is not as well lit as I prefer and I usually have small children with me. I however take no issue with shopping there during the day and frequently order online and pick up in store. During winter months this store can be quite crowded during daytime hours due to seasonal visitors.
