FRUSTRATING!!! On November 7, 2013 R and R was assigned my tv repair by Consumer Priority Service. R and R contacted me that day and said they would "order parts" and then schedule a service call. Ten days later a tech finally came to my house. He had no parts. Instead he took down the tvs model # and said they would "order parts". I was stunned because they had told me 10 days before that they were ordering parts. I didnt question them at the time because they should have received the tvs model number and symptoms from Consumer Priority Service, so ordering parts made sense (according to my web research, it most commonly is the power supply or main circuit board causing the symptoms). If they didnt have the model number and symptoms, they should have asked me instead of saying they were ordering parts. The tech also told me it could be the tvs l.e.d. panel. I have a Mitsubishi LaserVue. It doesnt have an l.e.d. panel. I told him that it used lasers, not l.e.d.s. He said, "Same thing". A week later I called R and R and asked when they thought the parts might be in. I was told that a technician would be at my house that Friday. I asked for a time and was told they hadnt set Fridays schedule yet. I waited until Thursday afternoon and called R and R to ask what time they would be at my house on Friday. I was told that they would be to my house on Monday because they had to send their master technician. On Monday two technicians came to my house. I greeted them and thanked them for coming. They stared at me and said nothing. So I added, "I hope you had a good trip." More stares until one of them finally mumbled, "It was okay." They came into the house and tried a software update on my tv. The update instructions they had were for a different model than mine, and I explained to them that I had already contacted Mitsubishi and there was no update available for my tv. The update is something a customer with a u.s.b. drive can do. Of course, the update didnt work, so one of the techs said they would order a circuit board. I asked how long that would take, and he said about four days. The other tech who hadnt said a word to me all the time said, "Well have to come back, Jay." The way he said it was unfriendly, especially since he refused to greet me at the door and had not given me his name. That was November 25. Today (December 6) , I called to find out when the circuit board might be in. They said they hadnt ordered the circuit board yet. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

This is the SHADIEST company that has unethical business practices. I decided to read reviews on this company once I began to feel sheisted on my tv repair. I had a brand new 32" emerson Flat screen. They picked the tv up from my job and said the problem was "fixed." This was a xmas gift for my daughter who has not had the opportunity to use it for more than 3 days. When the TV was delivered back to me, it worked for two days. From Mon-Fri of the week following the "repair," I called R & R for re-fix the television they were PAID TO repair. Each time I called, which was everyday THREE times a day, I spoke with the manager, Dottie.. She informed me that I would recieve a call at the END of EACH day to schedule a pick up. For two weeks, I called R&R and no response back. I started to feel they were INTENTIONALLY BRUSHING ME OFF. This first call was made on Feb, 21st, and today is March 10th and I have yet to recieve a call back from them. When I would call from my cell phone, which shows my number, no one EVER picked up the phone from the company. However, when I called seconds later from my work phone, they would answer the phone. My tv still does not work (4 weeks), they have yet to return my call to fix their original problem, and are shady with not returning business calls, being misleading for unintentional pick up times, and the manager Dottie, who has a distinguished voice, told me that, "Dottie will return you call today!" That was everyday "Dottie" said "Dottie" will return my call. I have spoken with Dottie so many times for the original "repair," I KNOW her voice. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to do anything repair-oriented. They ahve yet to call me back, they are not customer-centered, but are self-centered in the purpose of collection money without perfoming the job with accuracy and professionalism. A Better Business Report is what I am filing next b/c NO ONE should have to go through such unethical practices from a company.

Just awful. This was the company chosen to service my washer with my Home Depot protection plan. Spanning February to the end of May it took 4-5 visits for them to simply deem the machine un-repairable. Constant visits with the wrong parts ordered, the wrong version of the part they needed ordered, or diagnostic visits we were getting nowhere. Finally deemed the transmission on it faulty. Ordered the wrong kind. Tried to grind down a screw from the actual washer to make the wrong one work. It didnt. Ordered the proper transmission and could no longer make that one work as what they had ground down was destroyed. The service was terrible. No one should have to wait 3 months to get something repaired. Nearly every Wednesday I couldnt make any plans in advance to do things because of the 4 hour long window a service rep could arrive in. Had told the company repeatedly what day I am off repeatedly, yet constantly tried making appointments for different days. The call to alert you when your appointment is automated, the day before your scheduled date, and after the store is closed. So I would always get a call saying I have service scheduled for X date, and if that time doesnt work to call back. X date was always tomorrow, would call back, and no one is working as they close at 4. Even called before my first service to confirm service the next day. Service was confirmed over the phone. Then hours later I was told I wouldnt be able to have anyone come down the next day. TLDR: the staff doesnt seem to know what theyre doing, and constantly order the wrong parts, or have trouble getting the right type of part (as multiple reviews say). Their scheduling is atrocious as is the customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Truly and awful experience.

We puchased a LG refrigerator from Home Depot nine months ago and the freezer defrosted on its own and compressor started to howel and the front display shows an Error. We called LG late on wedesday night which was a pleaseant experince and they scheduled an appiontment for Friday with R&R Electronics so my wife had to take the day off from work to handle our appointment which was cancel the morning of the appointment because the tech had tranportation issues . We were reschdueled for an appointment 4 days later. My wife takes another day off from work and the Tech NEVER ARRIVES for the second appointment ! We call thier office to find out what happened and they were unaware of the stitation and then it took 45 minutes for them to call back to imform us that the tech had arrived for the appointment and knocked on the door, but no one answered. We have three indoor dogs that bark at the slightest noise especially when someone RINGS the door bell. My wife was home waiting, she even opened the blinds next to the front as to not miss anyone. I do not believe the tech even exited his vehicle. When I called the office I was informed that the tech did see a silver car in the driveway whcih means he pulled up to our house, I just dont understand why the tech did not attempt to notify us he was here. It is immposible someone knocked on our door and it was not heard by the dogs.
