Extremely rude store. Copy center is no help. On MANY occasions I needed a few color copies made (less than 50) and they told me that it would take 3 days... They would rather deny a service than try to help a customer. One time I needed a poster printed out and I wanted it to be twice as long as what they sold and I needed the bottom blank, They told me that I would have to pay the full price for two posters and I said that is fair just dont cut it from the roll so it is twice as long. Once I said i was fine with they they said they couldnt do it.... but guess what the one in gilbert did it for me. If you go there just know this you will always be wrong.

I came in to purchase a tablet. Stood around looking at the one I wanted for a while. No one came around. Manipulated the tablet and accidentally set the alarm off. No biggie, staff came around finally. Curly haired fella came by, reset the security device while being grumpy about it. I apologized for tripping the alarm and asked a question about the tablet. I was completely ignored and the tall curly haired fella stormed off to the back of the store where he had emerged from. The other shorter employee also avoided my question to return to the front of the store with his coworkers. Ill just go to Walmart....

Approached Photocopy area. Staff arguing with old lady in relation to an original copy of hers that they lost. Employee asks me what Im there for and I explain its for a pickup. With all the details I provide to the employee (name under, date of order, approx pickup date that they gave me), she has no idea what Im talking about, and treats me like Im retarded. Turns out the other guy working Photocopy remembered the order and never put it in the computer or even completed it. Woman employee begins to apologise and I walk out. 2 stars since I only had an unfortunate experience with one section of the store.

We were making a rather large purchase of office furniture. The clerk looked at our rewards card and told us if we spent another $20 we would get $50 off. We searched the store for items we needed and returned to the desk about 20-40 minutes later. (We really didnt need anything else.) We found a few things we could use and after waiting in line again were told the manager would have to help us apply for the Staples credit card. No one mentioned a credit card before. We didnt need or want another credit card. They wasted so much of our time we decided to buy the furniture elsewhere.

I brought an order to the copy department for 850 tri-fold brochures on Saturday and was told it could be done by end of business on Sunday because I needed them for Monday morning. Four employees later, a day late and I ended up with 1000 flat copies. I was told they could fold them for me for an additional fee and they MIGHT be finished by the end of the night but the paper I chose doesnt go through the folding machine properly so it may not work. I will NOT be returning to this location. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Savannah and Daniel in the print services saved my life today, and every time Ive ever needed help with the fax machines, or helping me make my wedding details the best they can be. Savannah remembers me when I come in, and makes sure to have specific and personable conversations. She truly cares about people and it shows. I will forever go in and work with her as long as shes there. Daniel was an all star, even with a not so happy customer he had, and he kept a smile and did his job amazingly. Thanks guys!

I have been coming here consistently for about 7 yrs, since Ive lived in QC and Ive always had great service. Ive bought a few inkjet printers and now a laser printer for my business, always getting great info from Brian or Hans. Daniel in the printing dept (which i use probably every week) is amazing. Thank you!

Savannah in the Print department knows how to treat customers! She worked hard to help me get posters printed and laminated on very short notice, even staying past closing to finish. She went above and beyond to assist me. Was much appreciated and certainly keeps me coming back to this store over others!

copy center employee refused order offered personal business service outside of staples at a cheaper rate. Also didnt want to take mail drop even though any business can setup for free mail pickup and most print stores do this service

Screwed up a "Pick UP" order, then said it was ready (it wasnt), then acted cavalier about, then got indignant when complaint filed. In short: a bunch of overgrown infants, from the manager down.
