This is the worst Rent A Center I have ever gotten service at. At first it was great when the sales rep Brandon was still there and after that the service I recieved went down hill fast. They are rude and half the time are very off on there prices and very misinformative! I missed a payment once and called them to inform them that I would be missing it but that I would be paying it the following week (late payments and all) and the girl on the phone did not give me the correct information and when I called to find out what I owe I got multiple different amounts for the payment! When I called them to inform them that I would be paying off the contract within the week the guy on the phone had a horrible attitude with me about it and hung up the phone on me! Thanks to this store I will never rent to own anything from a rent a center again! I am so glad Im going to be paying off my laptop and moving on! If you can avoid this location I would suggest it! Avoid if you can! First time customer and I will never return!

Horrible place. They have no clue what they are doing. Had to go back several times because they claimed to have needed even more stuff from us after telling us everything was good to go. Finally just told them to forget it and refund our money. Yes we had already paid because they said we were good to go! Then they called to tell us we needed to bring them more stuff so they could deliver. Had to tell them several times we werent going to rent from them and to refund our money. FINALLY they said they would refund our money but we had to go back to the store again to get it done. It was ridiculous. I would recommend you STAY AWAY from this location.

Please avoid this location at all costs!! This is by far one of the worst RAC locations I ever had to deal with. They dont even deserve a star rating, they are that bad. They are rude, disrespectful and if you like to get harassed by an employee, this is the place to go for that. The store manager doesnt seem to care about her customers and would only like to see $$$ then to resolve any serious issues. I contacted the corporate office and other media outlets about their unprofessionalism and customer misconduct.

Went here to buy a bed and the sales guy told me he will look for the one im looking for and call me back the next day and i never got a call back this is my first time here and wow bad customer service and they try to sale you something you dont want he was trying to sale me a bad i didnt want i know what i want and im not buying something you want to sale me ....very bad place to go i wouldnt have anyone go here

I hadnt rented from RAC for a while & they reminded why I hadnt. They promised delivery the next day, but I waited that Friday up until the next Monday & still no one had even contacted me,so I called in on noon Monday to cancel the order...but thx RAC because I actually found a similar tv just as nice for a lot less!

Stay away from Anabell, does not know how to do her job. How ever, the Store Manager, Jeseus (if thats how you spell it, if not i apologize) is very kind and professional.
