Went to go to Staples to exchange an Xmas gift for which we had the receipt. The first one we visited was closed down... Great. So we drive 20 minutes on to the next one... And are promptly told that we have to visit the original store from which the item was purchased (another city altogether). An hour or our lives wasted, and a newfound hatred for Staples.

I wanted premium glossy finish business cards, bought them the night before. Called at noon the next day when I didnt get an update on order. The employee said that they saw my order and that it should he done at around 7 tonight. I got a call at 5pm saying they dont have the premium glossy finish in stock. Should have used Vistaprint

I needed paperwork scanned and emailed for an important job. I came in minutes before close, as i couldnt find any stores near me open. Associate Riley was very patient, helpful and fast! a true lifesaver, he went above and beyond what anyone at OfficeMax ever did. I will be using Staples from now on, would 100% reccomend.
