I have never written a review about anyone or anything before, but my experience with this Staples was so bad, I feel compelled to do so. The staff in the copy/print center was very rude and unhelpful, both on the phone and in person. I have been in there 3 times over the last week trying to get this simple job printed. The fist time I was in there the manger helped me, but was very disengaged, he was talking a few times to whoever was speaking in his ear piece, and seemed to be half listening to me when I spoke to him, which explains why my order was messed up. Its not the fact that they messed my order up that has bothered me, it is the customer service, horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! Whenever I have to call, (copy/print center) I am put on hold for long periods of time, and they are just unfriendly and unhelpful. . . . . .maybe they need to hire more staff. I will say that when I was looking for supplies in the store, the people on the floor are very friendly and helpful, it is the copy/print center that needs and attitude adjustment. I am one disappointed customer, once I pick my order up I will never go to this Staples again!

Very nice print shop. Sent an order in for a rush job. They completed over 2000 prints in a day. Went in to pick it up and everything was great. Then the store manager messed it up some. The lady running the print shop was taking orders and informing people of their backlog. Im OK with that. A customer came in and started complaining because they couldnt print out flags on the large media printer right away. She explained the backlog but he kept complaining. He got the store manager and had them print them right away. Now as a customer that was in the que (and several others that were still there that had been just told it would be a day for their job), the store manager undermined his staff and put this guy in front of everyone else that was waiting. I feel bad for the lady running the print shop. She was doing a wonderful job until he got involved.

I feel most of the people who have positive experiences at stores to not compliment when a group of people have done an exceptional job. Today I had to drive to 15 minutes to pick up the item I bought, to this location. When I first walked in I was greeted with I smile and asked if I needed any help. I explain I was there to pick up a recently purchased item. the customer service guys were friendly and and sincere. I ended up buying some extra items, and the cashier was also friendly. I didnt have a long wait time. Overall I was impressed because I read the older reviews. What ever was going on in this store before has been turned around and into a positive. I can buy the same product at a number of different stores, but since i had a good shopping experience I will be a return customer to this location,

Horrible customer service at this location. Their printing services was being ran by an actual general manager that literally said " I can only give you service you need but only because our system requires your phone number." To me this says," Do what I say or go somewhere else." I think his name was David. This is no way to treat people and rest assured if I see David on the side of the road broke down in 110 degree weather I am not stopping to help. From now on I will try to do most of my printing around the corner from where I live because that staples location doesnt need peoples private information.

Abhorrent customer service from the Supervisor of the Copy/Print center here. After 12 embarrassingly failed attempts to properly print a high res .pdf on a piece of paper, I was told this will be the last time we can try and print it [because Im incompetent and cant figure it out even though Im the manager over here]. Left highly unsatisfied with the least defective print she managed to produce with her hours of training how to hit ctrl-p.

So I go to buy a pen refill. Employees see me no offer for help. I find what I need go to register. I stand there and wait and wait. They see me but no one rings me up. Do not wonder why people no longer go into your store customer service. Why deal with the nasty people who work there when you can just order on line. Really your customer service really does suck. Left the refill at the counter and walked out. Never will go in again .

Called down to see if I could get something printed, 3 copies 19 pages each, black and white on plain paper. Was informed they were too busy but maybe could do it tomorrow. I told them I didnt need it for 2 1/2 hours, and they said "if it was maybe 10 pages I could do it". Im no expert, but how hard is it to print 3 copies of something, no matter how many pages it is? And this is why I prefer to go to Office Max.

They were really helpful. Their coupons are not always what they seem though. I had a coupon for a free cleaning supply; like a Clorox wipes but it was not really free it was up to 5 dollars. I had to pay 75 cents for it. They had other good specials so over all a really good trip. Store was kinda empty though. They really had a good costumer service.

Staff is horrible and rude ordered a firestick a month ago was told shipments was going to be in the same week I paid..... Waited and waited no firestick I forgot I even ordered it after a month I call the store to check on it they been received a shipment but I never received a phone call about my order being ready...Very Poor services!!!!!!!!!!!!!
