Terrible cashier and management! I stood in a line to check my food out with one person in front of me and waited to be helped for about 10min. While waiting I had my husband sprint to grab some cold/frozen ice cream since ours had melted waiting to be helped. The time he returned I was still waiting and my husband was surprised I still had not been helped. The reason it took so long is due to how slow our cashier Katie was working, on top of that we waited while she had to cut her gaudy bracelet off that she got stuck in an orange fruit net that she shouldnt even be wearing to work in the first place. I wonder why they make rules for that. Katie even made a point to my husband that was bagging our own groceries and placing them in the cart that he was much faster than she was at doing that and it was making her dizzy watching him. LOL I couldnt believe she didnt once assist him, she just stood there and watched him. Then your faulty electronic EFT system took three times before it finally worked properly all while managers ALYSSA AND LINDY were just watching from afar with out any help or support to me or the slow cashier. Terribly long experience with incompetent help.

When I went to the Wal-Mart Super Center on Power Road...I found MOLD (2x) on the strawberries. The manager said they just put them out. I dont believe that mold can grow that fast overnight. If it can then they need to do some preventive maintenance (to there shelving in the produce isle.) They also left the rest of the strawberries there...they did not take them down to check them. The Pet Isle the fish tanks were closed down for a week or more because the tanks was contaminated. They left all the dead fish in there. I went back to check the tanks are cleaned but I would beware before you buy fish there. I had my rims put on by the Tire ans Lube section of Wal-Mart... They ONLY good quality of service I found was in the Wal-Mart Tire and Lube section. The maintenance staff went above and beyond what I have ever seen in customer service.

My wife purchased an auto battery at this auto center. They installed the wrong battery, she caught the mistake they corrected. They then charged her for the wrong battery, she caught it and they corrected the mistake. She arrived at home, the hood of the truck was in the safety latch position as they had not closed the hood properly. The positive battery terminal was out about 1/4 of an inch, not even finger tight. Not sure how the vehicle even started at the Walmart "super Center auto store". The whole time she was there the manager was yelling and degrading the shop workers, not sure wed ever go back to this auto center again. Most are good, avoid this one. Auto center needs a house cleaning from the manager down.

Every time I go to visit there is no customer service. The Cashiers are slower then ever, no one even greets, and when I talk to associates they seem to want to get rid of me. I called in to see if they had something and basically got a "no" and when I asked if it would be available at a certain time they agreed with me and hanged up without saying anything. I went in at the said time and they didnt have it wasting my time and gas. I walk around the store and its awkward because every associate basically ignores me unless I pull someone or say something to them, I have worked customer service for 5 years and know that this is not what they teach you, Im not asking for perfection, at least care about your customers.

This review is not to berate or complain but is for information mainly for the store. Over the past two weeks I have purchased seven precooked chickens. Out of the seven six were bloody inside which I had to throw away. Previous to purchasing the chickens at this store I purchase at least two a week at other Walmarts and never have had a problem. I told the girl in the deli and she said it was because they were cooking them while they are frozen, I dont know the reason but I think this requires someones immediate attention. Thank you, Bob

The best part of this store is the guy who sits in front and greets you and sounds like Morgan Freeman. Other than that just like every walmart its hard to find someone to help you. They never have enough lanes open, one night there was literally 2 lanes open and each one had at least 15 people in line. It took 20 minutes before they opened another lane. Also anytime I have called it takes FOREVER for them to answer the phone and once they transfer you the department doesnt answer either.... so basically you are on your own.

I used to be a cashier there. Let me just say that the management there is MESS. Employees have no morale, they hate working there, they dread being there and they get treated like peons. Whats that mean for the customer? Crappy customer service, bad products, misplaced items, and things not being cleaned properly. Walmart has some of the lowest rated produce out of all the grocery stores. HOWEVER, the only good thing about Walmart is price-matching. Which can save you a ton of money if your a two-cart spender xP.

I wont be back. The store has had no Thanksgiving decorations between October 25 and today. A cashier and a manager both said they would get some, but I dont believe it anymore. Combined with Christmas displays at both entrances and Christmas music over the speakers, this isnt the atmosphere Im looking for. Ill be at Target next door or Michaels down the street. They both have Christmas stuff, but no overhead carols and at least I can buy a picture of a turkey.

I would like to say a Big Thank You to Walmart and all the workers who work there -Ray, Alfredo, a nice lady , sorry didnt fix the name and especially to the one , unknown , who can find a phone and wallet with a lot of cash and credit and debit cards and bring it back to the store and keep it safe before the customer can come and pick it up. So sick of waiting at the deli at this location to be looked at and ignored while they talk about what theyre doing after work or what they did before they came in. I stood there for over 10 minutes and was ignored, an attractive white female came to the counter and the guy speed everything and walked up to help her and continued to ignore me. Im definitely complaining to management as high as i need to for this jerk to get what he has coming.

Went here for a simple oil change and they didnt inform me that my oil gasket near the filter was rotted out. They let me drive off with a serious leak and I lost 5 quarts within 24 hours. Could have ruined my car causing serious problems. Engine could have seized while driving and killed someone or myself. What they did was against the law letting me drive off in an unsafe vehicle.
