Just called the Park City store to ask if I could get my receipt from my credit card number. the person that answered the phone said "youll probably need to come in to do that". I said "oh so you dont know? May I speak with a manager?" Brent "the manager" picked up the phone, I asked if I could get my receipt...."deep sigh....Yeah, Ill write it down and will have to do it later....Im really busy right now." Lacking customer service to say the least. Sorry Brent. We all have to do things for Pain in the _ _ _ _ customers sometimes, but should never let them know how annoyed we are.

Very helpful staff at this store! Made me feel like my needs were trying to be met and several inquired if they could be of assistance as I was walking around the store. Sami was especially helpful and even though she was busy at the register made sure I had help with large items out to my vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

I went in today to see if an email I received from a competitor was a good price... (also buying paper and ink) Sure enough, they had the printer and price matched the email special which was about half price. The guy helping was actually helpful (rare these days), and I am loving my new printer!

The lady I talked to on the phone was irritated when responding to my questions and had no idea what she was talking about. inside the store, its dirty, messy, and the workers clearly dont even care enough to pretend they dont hate their jobs. Dont recommend.

I often use Staples for my work and this location always does a great job getting our products to us quickly and better than ever. Great staff, always helpful and nice even though they are always super busy. Thanks for the good work, keep it up!

The employees here are usually very helpful and polite. I only come here on work errands, so I like to get in and out quickly, they help me do that. The store isnt too messy (granted, I only visit a small section) and easy to shop.
