This place has the worst customer service. We switched from AT&T, who we had been with 10+ years without a problem, to go to Verizon for their Gizmo Gadget watch for kids. We were explicitly told by the 4 employees sitting at the front that all we have to do is pay off phones , pay our final bill, and we will receive a combination of Visa Cards and statement credits for switching. After paying off over $1,000 for our phones and final bill from AT&T, the story changed. All of the sudden, the same 4 people that sat there and sold us on this great story are saying oh no, you need to trade in your phones and buy new ones! Why were we not told this in the first place? After weeks of trying to get some help form upper management, we finally got a call back from the district manager saying they cant do anything to fix the horrible customer service we received. We want to settle on a statement credit for half of the amount of cash we had to put out right away but they wont even accommodate their upset customers with that. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a real Verizon store, or better yet, go to AT&T.

I came in the other day with problems with my Samsung phone. I started talking to Ashley about wanting to switch to an Apple iPhone, but still had over $500 to pay on my Samsung since I had just gotten it in October. She was able to early upgrade my phone and trade in my old phone for only a little over $100. She provided excellent experience, and even sold me an iPad I have been thinking about getting for myself for a long time. She also reset all of my passwords for both of my emails and all of my social media accounts and made sure everything was transferred from my old phone. She also went over all of my paperwork and made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and set expectations for my next bill. I used to drive to Billings to get help on my computer and phone from my IT guy, but from now on I will be coming to Belgrade to see Ashley for how knowledgeable she is. She smiled the whole time and made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend you to make the extra trip to Belgrade to work with these employees.

came into the store while on vacation in August, was helped by Evan Messinger. We went in to ask about a phone upgrade for my son and ended up purchasing a new phone which we are very happy with, as well as a group of accessories to accompany the phone purchase. Evan was such a pleasant young man, smiled and greeted us immediately. He was new and still in training, and when I asked a question that he was not able to answer, his manager was right there to assist. Overall the store was nice and clean and Evan did a very nice job. The follow through was wonderful, when I called with a question in November, he was more than happy to help. Thanks for the great service & actual CUSTOMER CARE...I didnt think retail stores gave a hoot anymore if the customer was happy, but Evan has been charming and HELPFUL...Kudos Belgrade Cellular Plus, you hired a good representative!

Horrible customer service from TWO different people in ONE day! I went in and then had to go back... On both occasions no one even acknowledged any customer that came through the door. The second guy seemed like he didnt care to help. Didnt pull up my account or anything... just gave me the 1800 Verizon number and said if they cant help you come back and we will help you?!?! Wouldnt it be more efficient to just help me right away?! Guess not that would require you to do some work involving helping a customer. Which you know is your job! If I could give negative stars I would! Dont waste your time here! Drive the few extra miles into Bozeman.

Kyle and his team over at Cellular Plus in Belgrade are awesome! Kyle is available just about anytime you need him for questions regarding your cell plan. He is my go-to "Verizon guy" for my family. They save us money by doing a regular account audit to see how we can save money. They also hooked me up with a great new iPhone and lots of accessories. They have convenient store hours and are all around just nice people.

Ran over my phone about a month ago completing shattering my screen, and had a hell of a time fighting with the insurance company. They sent me TWO broken phones back to back!!! I was finally so upset that Ashley helped me call them for the third time and was able to get me a brand NEW phone but they since they dont make a 6 plus anymore they gave me a brand new 6S Plus!! Im so happy to have a working phone!!!

This store really was quite a splendid visit. The sales team was exceptionally kind and helpful with all of my frustrating issues. The young man with long hair was especially nice when my phone was not cooperating and required troubleshooting. His jokes also helped keep the mood light as I was clearly getting angry with my device. Thank you so much cellular plus!!!

Dont waste your time with this store, go to the corporate store in Bozeman instead. I ordered a phone that never came. It was put on pending for nearly a month without me knowing. Went to the corporate store after being fed up with terrible service, I had all my problems fixed in 1 hour. Dont waste your time with the terrible staff in Belgrade, go to Bozeman.

I walked into the store and was hardly greeted by one gal out of the four employees. I just needed to buy a couple screen protectors but waited 20 minutes before I just left. The one gal didnt have any customers, just fiddling with some boxes... I wish someone would have asked if I just needed something quick! Very irritating!

The main guy, maybe a manager? We very rude and pushy towards me. Made fun of my option to go with AppleCare also didnt trust me at all when I said I had all accessories. He would just laugh in my face. Kept me there for two hours. Added services that I specifically repeated over and over to do add. It was just horrible.

Big fella in a little tie iffered to help us get new phones. Proceeded to answer the phone and talk to someone more important. We waited around for 30 minutes before leaving without even being acknowledged again. I would avoid this place like the plague, unless you just want to see the big guy in the little tie.

Pushy, rude, degrading; and that was just the manager. This isnt a direct Verizon store, which means you cant get any help with anything you do at this store, at the actual Verizon stores. Wish I had known this wasnt an actual Verizon corporate store. Wish I would have never gone there, and never again will.

Waited patiently for 15 minutes and still was ignored....went in previously to look at phones and they asked me to leave because "they were closing in 30 minutes" worst customer service Ive EVER seen in my life

Evan and Mary were amazing. My daughter broke her phone. All her contacts and pictures were lost, I thought. They spent over an hour with me and retrieved them. They have a ton of patience with someone that is not so techno-savvy. I recommend coming to Belgrade to do business with them.
