I purchased a microwave oven to be delivered and installed. On the day of the installation, the installers came in and decided that they would be unable to install and that we would need to have a third party installer. Of course, there would be an additional charge but when I inquired as to what a reasonable estimate would be, no one was able to give me an answer. The installer was supposed to call and he said he called and there was no answer. I then called again, to get an estimate of the cost and of course, no one was able to assist me. They then made an appointment to have the third party installer come in today to install the microwave. The appointment was for between 12 noon and 1600 and of course once again, Best Buy failed to keep up their end of the agreement. The installer said he called and no one answered but this is a blatant falsehood as there was someone at the house all day, and I have the phone records to indicate that no one called. I then called again, and was told that he tried to call, and no one answered, and then when I challenged them on that, the story changed to "He went by and no one was home" Once again, a mistruth. They then transferred me to the store where I bought the microwave who also gave me the same story, and of course, there was the requisite "I understand what you mean" No, he doesnt understand but that is beside the point. Now the installer has an "Emergency" and he wont be able to come back for a week. I am not sure about what kind of an emergency schedules itself with a finite length of time but whatever. This is the absolute worst service I have ever encountered from Best Buy. The only store worse than best buy is Sears.

I went on a Monday morning. It was between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and, upon arriving at work, I had found my printer was out of toner. I arrived at this Best Buy a few minutes before 9:00 AM, to discover that they dont open until 10:00 AM EVER. I went straight to the Office Depot next door and would have just made my purchase there, but they dont open until 10:00, either. Imagine that. I came back around 10:30 and the doors were open at the Best Buy, but employees were just starting to show up, and everyone was still loafing around, easing into their hectic business day. When I returned to the front with my toner cartridges, not enough employees had showed up yet to man the checkout registers, so I was directed by the door greeter to the customer service area, where there was a long line of customers waiting to check out. There were two employees behind registers at the customer service desk, but only one was working on serving customers. The other person was just kind of shuffling around, going through drawers and looking at his computer monitor - completely ignoring the long line of customers waiting to give this outfit their hard-earned money. People with items for purchase were waiting in line behind people with returns, technical inquiries, etc. This store needs new management, DESPERATELY. Im sure it is rough to have to wake up at the crack of 9:45 AM, but if you want to call yourself a "business", maybe you should run your store a little more "professionally".

Where are the associates when you need them? Most dont acknowledge you.Had to find someone ,which I asked for help as I needed an item that wasnt on the shelf. He stated he would get someone for me. Im sure he did let someone know(he was busy with other people),but that someone never came around . Then from there had to ask the cashier to get someone for me. Saw the first guy right as I was asking the cashier and he apologized ,which I understood . He was busy. Others around (when I say around I mean across the whole store chit chatting with eachother standing behind desks around 50 ft away )werent. Someone in that area came around(come to find a guy who I followed earlier , and did not acknowledge me at all then took off). He tells me the item I want needs to be ordered. Gee if the tag had stated that in the first place I would have just purchased it on amazon. I tell him nevermind thanks. He says ok then walks off. Its not my duty to seek out associates like a lost puppy looking for his mom,so I could have asked anyone else that were far off,but didnt. Shouldnt have to. This seems to be the Norm lately,especially in this dopamine addicted ,cellphone occupied town. Perhaps a few of those associates got DUIs later that night and Best Buy can do a cleaning. (It was a Friday after all) Cashier was nice though.

Worst Customer Service EVER! I had to surrender credit card info at geek squad 3 times to extend my tech support. I was shopping for a computer, and they were helpful, except they didnt have the one i wanted in stock... thats fine... after a few minutes i was invited to go looking around the store... i was done shopping in 5 min, and told the associate i would be back in an hour... when i came back in less than an hour i saw the associate 1 time and all he said was i found your computer but he could not be found after he said that. I was trying to solve the Geek Squad dilemma at that specific time. I then had all the associates looking for him, but they couldnt find him. I asked another associate who would not leave me alone to call the other store and have them put the computer i wanted on hold, and he told me it was against store policy. I live within 1 mile of this store, and the next closest one is ~20 miles, it is worth the drive for me to be treated with the fairness, dignity and respect than it is for me to go to the one that is convenient. I filed a complaint about this store with corporate saying i wanted a follow up by the GM, 2 weeks have gone by, and have yet to hear from him.

Estuvimos caminando por toda la ciudad visitando a tiendas a llegar ahí me senté en una banca dónde están de venta los celulares hay varias cajas registradoras y en cada caja y una banca y a llegar a cobrarle a un cliente iban a usar una caja registradora desocupada pero otro vendedor le dijo y le hizo señas de que usarán la caja registradora donde yo estaba sentada y luego se me hicieron parar al levantarme vi que los muchachos vendedores se cruzaban sonrisas burlonas y no ha sido la primera vez que me lo han hecho ahí deberían poner bancas en otros lugares

I went in, looking for a laptop, right away i was approached by an awesome girl who knew her stuff. Crystal went up and beyond helping get the laptop that I wanted. Her store didnt carry the laptop that I wanted but she did all the searching for me and with a little patience I was able to pick up my computer at the store at Viscount. She showed awesome customer service, patience towards her customers, was super nice and deffinately helped me til the very end. Now the store on Viscount...Ugh they really stink! I will deffinately go to this best buy before id go to viscounts, at least if i need any advice.
