This has been the store Ive gone to for a few years now because its close, but they finally convinced me after what seemed like years of trying. They dont tell you about any hidden fees until you have to pay them. When I upgraded my phone they told me if I brought my new phone back in 14 days for any reason I could exchange it for no charge. After four days I brought it back because i didnt like the format. They then told me I only had three days to return it before having to pay a 35 dollar "restocking" fee. Then another 35 to transfer phones. Im always ignored for a very long time by the staff but yesterday finally did it. Three employees, two sets of customers. I literally stood waiting for 25 minutes in front of the desk. A few minutes in one of the staff said hed be with me in just a minute. After about 15 minutes one of the employees walked past me to try to sell a phone case to some people that just came in, failed, returned to behind the counter. I continued to wait. Eventually one finished up with a customer, made a long phone call, stood directly in front of me not three feet away, and texted for 2 minutes. Then he asked "what do you need" when he finally looked up. I asked my question and he replied "yeah... our computers have been down so I cant help you... so try again later". Yeup, never going back.

I use the GoWireless Verizon store in the mall for ALL my purchases and service needs. Ive been a customer there for over two year now. Ive seen the staff change, but my experience with the old and the new employees is outstanding! Elliott was always my main guy for my Samsung S5. I still miss him, but Eric has stepped right into his shoes and helps me with all my Samsung questions... even though hes an iPhone guy. Hes very versatile! Wayne is the constant in the group. I always know Ill see his smiling face. Mark, Stephanie and Mia are all welcoming, SMART and personable and it was a pleasure to meet Laykin from Dillon last week. In essence,all the people Ben has hired are remarkebly talented, personable and they deliver the best service Ive ever come across. In a day where competition abounds, their customer service makes a difference for me.

My mom and I went in to get my new phone and had the typical Verizon experience, you know waiting there for about 2 and some hours, selling our souls to get the phone, and ultimately buying more than we had intended. However this time it was actually fun! We tend to get sarcastic when we have to wait for something and luckily we had Cade who made the visit a hoot and a half! He laughed and made jokes with us to help pass the time. I give him a 10 outta 10 for this experience!! It could be an 11 outta 10, if he follows through with an accidental promise made that he would contact me that my glass screen protector has made it in, by sending someone with a horse and carriage to deliver the message.... just saying.... 11 outta 10. That seems like something to strive for! Thanks for the help Cade!

I had a really poor experience here. The young man helping me was new. I dont blame him (Caleb), I blame his manager who was standing there asleep at the wheel. His manager seemed a lot more interested in whatever was happening on his text message than helping out his struggling new hire. The young man helping me was unable to answer some of my basic questions about what I could expect as I converted from my previous Carrier. So, I asked the manager standing at the end of the counter. It was obvious this annoyed him and I got a handful of half-answers before he walked out into the hall of the mall to continue his text conversation. I will not be back.

My husband and I both got new phones at the store on Montana Street in Dillon, Montana and received excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions about different phones, plans, insurance options, etc. They werent pushy, didnt try to sell us accessories we didnt need/werent interested in and even stayed open after store hours to get us squared away. Every time I go there, I know Im going to get what I need in a timely manner and will receive genuinely great service. Id highly recommend this location.

The staff and atmosphere at this location was caring and very insightful. Ben, Wayne, Eric and Stephanie were all soo helpful and were fun to interact with. I had a broken phone and they got me hooked up in no time without sacrificing my old plan. These are top notch staff. If you hAve any phone issues or just electronics questions then come see these folks in the gallatin valley mall in bozeman, Mt. Oh ya....there are also cool fluffy animals you can ride around the mall too!

If you want great customer service go see them and ask for caleb. He helped me and my boyfriend out with our old plan we had bundled with Centrylink and got us onto a new plan where we werent paying almost $200.00 for when our upgrade was up. Hands down the best customer service you could ask for. Not to mention he stayed an hour and a half on his shift. I know where Im going if i need any assistance Im going to see them.

In a time where it often feels like good customer service is just a myth, I have to say just how pleased I am with the assistance I received today. After visiting the corporate Verizon store in Helena and being treated as if I was a nuisance it was refrshing to be greeted with a smile and with folks who are eager to go the distance to help. Thank you Ollie and Elli for your thoroughness and expertise! You absolutely rock!

Any time I have mobile device question or just want a new phone, these guys are the only store I go to! Very knowledgeable about the products and services and always friendly. I also love how quick and efficient they are! The whole team that Ive worked with is great! Ben often goes out of his way and makes sure things are going smoothly days after your visit!

fantastic customer service. especially caleb. I came in very close to closing time as it is when i got off work. despite it being 8.50 on a Saturday night i received quick efficient service and caleb was very thought as far as making sure my line was set up, everything was working and that i would have any problems after i walked out the door. 10/10

I have been in this store, several times in the last 6 months and I could not be happier with the friendly service and the knowledge of the staff here. This time around Eric was my salesperson, and he is very helpful...this makes using Verizon a choice over other service, like the Walmart special...thanks Verizon

I was told I was unable to get an early upgrade 1 day early and with the help of the staff, I was able to receive a new phone. I live out in a remote area where going to town is not always an option. They were able to make my situation work and went above and beyond to get me a new phone. Simply amazing
