If the people writing these negative reviews represent the majority of the customers you Verizon reps deal with all day long, bless you, bless you all, you all deserve raises. BIG raises. Ive shopped this location numerous times now, and Ive never had anything other than an experience Id recommend. These kids are smart, helpful, and surprisingly polite in the face of some real gems. First of all, for all those complaining about the wait - make an appointment. Even without one Ive never waited more than 15 or 20 minutes (but I do prefer to have a set time so I know Ill see my favorite representatives). Phone system too complex for you? Seriously people, there are five or less options on the menu. All you have to do is choose "speak to a salesperson" and a person comes right on. If youre repeatedly stabbing zero OF COURSE youre going to end up frustrated. Zero isnt an option. Dont like the phone? Website. Not that difficult. Also, it might be that YOU are part of the problem. Anytime Ive had to wait its because the person in front of me is grilling the employee theyre with over what amounts to a completely avoidable situation. Broken phone gonna be expensive to fix or replace? Oh you knew there was insurance available but didnt want to pay for it? I feeling less sorry for you by the second, please let me get to my rep now. No upgrade because your spouse/sibling/teen used them all (including the courtesy early upgrade you were already given)? Yell at the inconsiderate heel who took your discount, and please let me get to my rep now. Troubles with Walmart or Cellular Plus or wherever you bought your phone, but they cant or wont help you so now youre going to complain to the people who had nothing to do with it in the first place? Figure out where you came from, where you are, and please let me get to my rep now. Havent backed up any of your info, dont know your passwords, and are upset when you cant recover the photo of your dead dog from three years ago? Perhaps have a plan before the phone breaks. Take the technicians advice, and please let me get to my rep now. Ricky, Ben, and Amber have educated, advised me, and walked me through every decision and dilemma Ive had and there are over 15 lines between my personal and office accounts. Theyve offered me savings and have even talked me out of buying products they didnt think would fit me once or twice. Theres a gentleman with thick framed glasses who stepped in last visit and took the time to help show me how to apply a screen protector he didnt even sell me. Now, bad with the good - I get that customers can be blockheads. I see these rude and terrible people every time I shop. Even though the complaint and comment was justified, I was disappointed that one employee chose to say something about her customer while still in the sales area. Be better than that, because even though Ive never personally worked with you I wouldnt want to now, unhappy rep!

Quite possibly the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. First was when my wife dropped her phone and we went to this store to purchase a replacement. First thing the rep told us was that we were paying more than most people monthly because our plan was old. GREAT! Lets fix that while we are here. She could save us about $50 a year. Not much but it cant hurt. Well then she began telling us she could keep the monthly payment the same as it was and give us a new phone and tablet for $50 off. Told her no, adjust our plan and we will buy just the phone. She then told me I was making a bad decision! Excuse me? I have two tablets already, dont need a third. I dont want to save $50 and pay the same monthly. Give us the updated plan and the phone. She was very disrespectful. Fast forward a year and the display on my phone went out. Luckily I have insurance. Decided to go to the same store. The lady took my name. Told us the system was down and they are working through it. "WORKING" was the wrong word to use. More like standing around on their phones chatting with each other. Seriously, does a manager work at this store? After about 30mins one of the employees walks past me and says that their system is down and they cant do anything. How about instead of texting your friends and chatting to your coworkers you start talking to the customers and seeing what they need. You could have told me what you could do to get me a new phone. But I doubt they know what to do without their tablets telling them. I left. Went to the small shop in the mall. Someone walked up to me and shook my hand. Immediately helped me. Do not use this Verizon store. Go to the mall. They are friendly and much more helpful.

I think people give the verizon representatives a bad rap. The employees working there are always courteous and helpful. The only people that write bad reviews are people who are either A, upset because of their plan or similar, or B upset because they did something stupid and verizon cant do anything to help them. With that said, a friend and I went in to set up a password on the account the other day and out of the 4 numbers in the password, 3 of them were wrong when I tried to use the password recently. I was standing there when we told the representative the password. We told her multiple times what we wanted it to be. As for the comment about the iPads, you realize thats their point of sale system correct? Would you want them to have a normal cash register where everyone has to wait to use the same one or two? The majority of problems people bring in can be solved with those devices. I would not like to see a store that didnt have them personally. And yes, I would agree that the staff probably needs a bit more training. I was standing near a representative trying to get an older gentleman to set up a new gmail account instead of using his old email address because she most likely didnt know how to set up the old e-mail account on his phone. It was obvious he didnt know what she was doing, and more obvious that she didnt know how to help him like he wanted. With that said, Ive never had any one of them try anything similar on me.

Heather, the manager of this store, was on a call with a customer service representative about my account. She didnt know I was listening. While the rep talked about the issues on my account, Heather was most unpleasant, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful. She took no ownership of the issue and stated store policy as fact, and never once considered that her or her employees could have made a mistake. She attacked my personal integrity and my character, and did so while scoffing at any mention of the store having had the ability to mess up. This is not the first time that this store has done something against its own policies, but its the first time Ive ever heard a manager be such a condescending and self-righteous jerk to the point that I thought less of them as a person and a professional. I dont think Ive ever had this bad of an issue with anyone in my life. If you use this store, pray that nothing goes wrong, because they will not help and the manager will say anything to those she has to answer to in order to avoid being blamed for any wrong doing. Would rate zero if I could. TL;DR Dont trust the store to own up to any issues, and dont let them do anything that you dont have 100% proof of, as the manager is a two-faced liar. Document EVERY transaction with them yourself.
