STAY AWAY YOU GET BETTER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND ELSE WHERE. They get 1 star because I cant give 0. This place is horrible and so is there customers services. Went in today with my mother so she could get a phone. She chose metro pcs because of their ad on rv that says unlimited data Text and talk for $30 period. What a crock...for 30 you get text Talk and 1gb of data. When I pointed out to the sales guy that what the sign states is false advertisement he chased us out of the store yelling at us as we crossed the parking lot to our car. Now the false dvertising I can deal with just dont shop there but for the sales guy to follow us out to the parking lot yelling at us. Please you need better employees or teach the ones you have better customer service. I would rather pay Verizon 300 a month for the rest of my life than give metro pcs any of my business.

I am very impressed with how we were treated. Also we didnt come in here looking exactly great we actually look like a couple of bums and they still treated us like we were Gods. We got what we wanted at a great price that you do every single discount and or money-saving deals that were available and I would suggest and encourage everybody to go to MetroPCS authorized dealer . Leave your phone company and come here now!!!!!! Come see Tiffany , shes on Meridian and Apache Trail in Apache Junction, Arizona . If you dont youre lost. Shes really hot because youll never know unless you come see her.

Was told some things about my plan here that were not accurate. Fortunately I did my research beforehand and was aware I was being BSd. I just smiled and nodded. Ive been happy with the service ever since I switched, and so far I recommend MetroPCS to my friends. You might want to try another location though if fees concern you. In spite of what they may tell you not all locations have the same fees. $15 for a sim card here. A little high...

This place was amazing! They took care of other mistakes that the store down the street by Up in Smoke made. Their customer service rocks and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. Best MetroPCS in town by far! Thank you for all of your help to make my experience better.
