Ive used this shop twice in the past month and a half. I found that they use low quality screens for samsung galaxy s4s and they also super glued my screen to my phone when replacing it, which i was informed is not the correct way to do that. The first time I went in was the first time my phone had ever been broken. I have a decent phone case, and it had been dropped many times before it eventually got ran over and needed to be fixed. (Again, it didnt break for over 6 months until it got ran over. Thats a pretty good case.) The people who work here are nice, and fast, but less than a week later after fixing my Samsung galaxy s4 the first time the inside part of the screen broke after being dropped less than a foot to the floor. I went back in, three days after the first repair, and they fixed it for free. Awesome. I was stoked. They attempted to sell me one of their cases but I declined because mine had done so well already. Fast forward to two weeks ago where my phone cracked from a small drop again. Not having money to spend to fix it again I decided to hold out until I had to replace it. That took less than 2 weeks when while sitting in a chair, the phone fell out of my pocket and onto the floor breaking the screen inside. I decided to go somewhere new, since getting a screen fixed twice by the same people and having it break both times really soon after seemed ridiculous. The new store informed me that All Mobile Matters not only used a super low quality screen (as the glass and the LCD portion pulled off separately instead of together like they are supposed to, and it was more prone to breaking. Which explains why it broke so easily both times.), but that they also attached the screen using super glue, causing a 40 minute screen replacement into a 2-3 hour job. So yeah they fix your phone, but in my experience they cost me another $160 somewhere else because they decided to cut corners. Their prices are good, but not if you have to pay to get the screen fixed again less than two months later. Wish I could upload pictures of the super glue on my phone, but its just ridiculous.

Im not sure where to start. First of all, the customer service was actually pretty good. Both techs I spoke with were kind and helpful and only mildly condescending. My problem, however, was the complete and utter incompetence with the work done to my phone. I broke the screen and digitizer to my Nexus 4 and decided to replace the entire LCD. When I called All Mobile Matters, i asked how much it would cost to replace it. Over the phone, they quoted me $130 and it took them about 10 minutes to take down my name and credit card information. They told me it would take about five business days for the part to come in and then they would call me. Seven days pass and no phone call, so I finally call them twice. The first time I had to text message them since their business has no voicemail and no one returned my inquiry. At least someone answered the second time. They had the part, it turns out, and no one bothered to give me a call. Then, they charged me an additional $40 for labor that nobody mentioned when I called in for a quote for a total of $170 + tax. So I bring my phone in and wander around the mall for an hour while they replace the LCD. I got my phone back and it looked brand new again, and I left pleased. Until I tried to turn it on. They had somehow managed to softbrick my Nexus. It was stuck in the load screen and continuously reboot without loading the OS. I brought it back and they had no idea what to do with it. Luckily for me, I am tech-savvy enough to flash it with a custom kernel but for anyone who cant figure that out, their phone would have been completely ruined and totally unusable. So I got the phone working again only to find that the earphone jack was not working at all and had to bring the phone back AGAIN. Theyd neglected to plug the module back into the motherboard when they took apart the phone. This was a quick fix, but Id already had to go to the mall three times to get a job done that should have only taken a half an hour. Fix your phone yourself, these guys barely know what to do if they arent just replacing the screen on an Iphone.

Completely awful experience. I went to the superstition springs store where they installed a new screen for over $100 (the most Ive ever paid). The screen was installed very poorly as it was not flush with the phone and was considerably raised and could even be pushed up and down due to the gap between where the glass was and where it should be. After dropping it on shag carpeting the end actually chipped off because the glass protruded beyond my case. I called the superstition springs location and they seemed unconcerned and told me that they could offer me 30% which is still close to $80. He then instructed me to call the headquarters in Tempe where I was forced to leave a message and never received a callback. Every other phone repair shop I have been to was cheaper and provided a better quality of work. Even as of today I am still waiting to see how they will handle this issue. So far, there has been no response.

Cracked my phone screen walking around the mall, and having gone to All Mobile Matters my previous couple of experiences and them being flawless I expected more from them. I have an iPhone 7+ and usually their prices have been fairly true to everyone elses so I went in there thinking this was still the truth. Well, I was wrong. Service was great, dont remember the dudes name but he was good. Second of all, they say "OEM parts", but the screen on my 7+ doesnt pop like it used to and clearly has a more blue tint to it like my old iPhone 6 did. Not only this but I was charged nearly $40 more to have them do it than if I were to take it to apple and it be off warranty. Unfortunately I wont be using them again and with the whole screen color thing it makes me think theyre cutting corners and their business practices are a little shaky now.

Theyre Great! I went there on Friday 4/17/15. I was having a bad day because my phone(Galaxy S4) was stuck in either Warning/custom OS mode or on Safe Mode. The volume down button was not working and it needs to be pressed in order to get out of Warning/custom OS mode. Anyways, Mark fixed it pretty quick and sold me a great glass screen protector, which is better than a plastic screen protector. Service with a smile that didnt break the bank. That was one of my concerns since Ive never had a phone repaired. Got it all taken care of for $27. Go to this phone repair shop for all of your cell phone and acessory needs. They have a great selection of screen protectors, as well as cases for phones and iPads.
