Mitchell did great at giving us information about switching from our previous provider as well as with phones. He was also helpful in switching our phones. A second person did well in helping Mitchell with our phones. We came back the next day to actually do the switch and a third person kept interrupting Mitchell and trying to up sell us. He seemed to talk down to everyone. The screen protector on my phone does not fit well at all. I returned to ask about it and show them. The second person agreed that it doesnt fit correctly. The third person said that it is supposed to fit that way and if I was dissatisfied than I could buy a case from him for a discounted price. The third person does not seem interested in actually helping anyone and only seems interested in selling things. I paid $40 for the screen protector and it doesnt fit properly. I dont see why I would spend another $50 - $60 so the third person can get a profit for not being helpful. Sorry I dont known the names of the other two.

Dont go to this Sprint store. Its actually a 3rd party Sprint store so they cant do much besides sell you a phone. I needed a SIM card for my device and they told me I could buy one there for $40. I went to the Sprint store in downtown Salt Lake and they said that official Sprint stores dont charge for SIM cards. Not only this, but the guy who helped me at the Lehi store was pretty arrogant, not helpful, and not very sympathetic to my situation. He told me Sprint would lose money by giving me a SIM card for free...because I guess the amount I pay every month for service isnt enough to keep Sprint afloat? Dont waste your time here, go to the Sprint store on Bangerter or on 400 S.

Extremely poor staff service, and was, in multiple instances, straight up lied too about the terms of our lease and service. When I called both the store and the customer care about the experience I was consistently blown off and my issue was never addressed. I can count on one hand the amount of times Ive received a call back from them despite calling them upwards of twenty times. Rude, unreliable staff and poor customer service will prevent me from shopping here again.

They lied and set up an entire account in my name when they were just supposed to run a credit check and price phones for me. Incredibly disappointing, very upsetting that they behave so similar to Wells Fargo creating shell accounts. Its taken 5 days and still no resolution trying to get the plan I want with the phone I want with the rebate from Costco because this store has used my information. My advice = AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The store wasnt busy at all and the employees were incredibly honest and helpful. They took a lot of time to help me with my questions and seemed to genuinely care. I am so glad I found this location instead of American Fork because they are normally very busy. Even if its a bit further from you, the drive is worth not standing in line for an hour or more at American Fork.

Great sprint store!! Its was seriously such a breath of fresh air from the American fork store. Trais and Corey are super nice and helped my get in and out crazy fast! It was amazing.
