I visited this Verizon store in Holbrook, AZ. in the afternoon on July 25, 2017. My phone froze during powering off mode. At that point the phone was useless. A very nice, helpful and friendly young lady, sorry I forgot her name. Not only made phone functional again but explained to me why and how to prevent from it happening again. I am traveling around the USA, before returning to Buffalo, NY area. This by far is the best experience I have with Verizon. Sal Cerrone

Super helpful people. If they didnt know an anwser they would find out what it was. Now thats good customer service. Friendly people. Signed up for Verizon prepaid here since Im traveling through Arizona (Verizon is literally only service that works and reliable in Arizona)

Stacey was most helpful in teaching an old senior citizen who was never smart enough to own a smart phone, to actually operate one! SHE SPENT AT LEAST 2 HOURS showing me how to empty my storage space, and taught me everything I need to know
