I first stopped by your store in December 2015 by random, and I am so happy I did. The last 2 times I have been there I have been helped by Larry. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was very personable as well. I will never go to another Verizon store as long as Im in Mesa that is and will let all my friends know about you as well. Also besides the great customer service Larry gave me, you guys always have killer deals. The first time I was there I got 2 tablets and you paid me $100 each to take them, and last night I got another tablet for 1 penny! Not sure how you guys do it but keep up great sales promotions. I was able to trade in my old Galaxy s6 for $250 in store credit when i bought the Galaxy s8+. I walked out with 2 bags of stuff last night, and was very happy when I got home. I got to know Larry last night and you guys have a great asset in him. Take care of people like him cause as a small business owner my self I know how hard it is to get and keep honest hardworking people staffed. Thanks again Larry, I really appreciate the great service you gave me. Keep up the great work!!

Make sure they describe every single charge to you and get it in writing. I was told I would have a bill of around 80 dollars a month on a brand new s7 with 5 gigs of data but it came out to 152 for the first month. I was told there would be no hidden charges or fees involved. I was told a screen protector would be free as well but i was charged 35 dollars for it. When I walked in for an explanation the tiny blonde told me there was nothing she could do to help. Avoid this location.

My wife and I were just browsing, looking at phones to kill time before a movie, but Andy was so helpful and knowledgeable we decided to go ahead and upgrade her phone. He pushed to get our transaction done in time for the movie. We were very pleased with the service. By the way, there are two Digitell Verizon locations in this mall, directly upstairs and downstairs from one another.
