Rude people that work there, atleast the manager, i went there just yesterday to bring in an iPhone 5 that wouldnt turn on so all i wanted them to do was to insert a new battery of thiers to see if it would turn on, i even already had the phone opened up. Some old fart was there at the time and he looked like the manager of the place. All he did was look at the phone without even looking inside and said that he doesnt want anything to do with it and even insulted me in saying that i wasnt licensed or something like that to do phone repair, even though i do know how to fix phones which i have many times for people, all i wanted was to see if their battery would turn this phone on. I went in there the last time with another phone to try and see if it was a battery issue or not and they actually helped me. But with that old man being there made me never wanna come back. The hell with this place and their policies, they wont even let you simply insert a battery into your phone without a technician being there, so easy that a 5 year old can do it, i even had the iPhone 5 opened up and pulled the old battery out and told them if they could just insert a new battery in it just to test it or even if i could do it while being right here. He said no because our technician aint here at the moment and that its our policy.

Thats pretty stupid that they cant work on your phone just because it has water damage. Not even with consent! Ok fine but whats even worse is that yes they do have a battery in stock for my iPhone 6s+ but they cant sell it to me so I can get it fixed elsewhere??! Bullcrap. What kind of a business is that? Oh, we have what you need but we cant sell it to you. Might as well tell you, "sucks to suck" as you walk out the door. Ridiculous...

Needed a replacement battery for a UPS. Researched online sources and local stores and found what I needed at the local Batteries Plus Bulbs. Followed the instructions for ordering the battery via the internet and picked up the battery the next day. In store service was fast and friendly. I would do this again and would recommend to friends to consider this option.

I went in to get the rear camera replaced on my iphone! They didnt have the part in stock but still took the time to see if maybe it had just been disconnected and it had. The guy that helped me was awesome and I will be back if I ever need anything else fixed on my phone!

These guys are really nice and go the extra mile to make customers happy. They had in stock, the very random, camera battery I needed and charged it for me so it had full charge before I left. Everyone working in the store was nice and knowledgeable.

Just bad customer service Did not even want to attempt to replace the battery on the watch because he was sure the screw was bad and after I had a question of what battery it takes He just told me he didnt know. Dont go here people waste of time.

I went in to get my iPhone screen replaced and I couldnt be anymore satisfied! The price was one of the cheapest in town and it was done with GREAT customer service and ready within an hour. I will be doing business with them again soon.
