i had a very bad experience here , she said she fixed my phone 15 minutes later i called her to tell her i was bringing the phone back because it was giving me the same issues i had before taking it to her she said that was okay but when i got there she said she couldnt do anything because it was a glitch and not a physical problem because what she SUSPECTED to be the problem wasnt the problem i think as a professional she shouldnt make guesses , she should be sure of what she is doing , we than argued back and forth , i was telling her she could give me 75% of the money back and to keep the rest as a profit for labor also to open the phone again and place my old parts back in and keep her parts she wouldnt agree than she pushed us out of her store with racist remarks and because i told her i didnt have money to give away if i wasnt geting my phone fixed she called my mother and i broke and bragged about her wearing famous brand clothing and owning 15 other stores , i am very disapointed because i found out this ladys tru colors after coming to her to repair two other phones i had

My daughter took her iPhone there to have the screen replaced. As soon as she got it back, it began to give her trouble. We took it to another repair shop to have them look at it (the cheap screen they put on it cracked from being touched). Turns out they also damaged the sensory detector on her phone. And this place is overpriced! Dont pay for the convenience of getting your phone repaired while shopping. Much better to go elsewhere and get the job done correctly.

SONIA! Thats the owners name, she was very very rude I cant believe she wasnt able to help us out even though we had insurance on the screen that cracked due to poor quality of the product when I asked her about her license to operate her so called "business" for me to submit a complaint to the BBB she refused to give it. Dont fix your phones or tablets here belive me they will give you headaches! But you know what can you expect from "sonia" if thats her real name...

My kids go there get their phones repaired and to purchase cases. Love the service. They have several choices of phones and cases and other accessories. This place is great! The tech, Eric, was super helpful. He looked my phone over, gave me a professional diagnosis and told me it would take 30 minutes to replace my broken charging port. In less than 30 minutes, it was finished up and works better than ever. Their prices are great too! I highly recommend taking your phones to these guys for repairs.

Had to get the battery replaced on an old phone so I took it there. They had to order the battery so it took a week and a half to get it back which is reasonable. No problems at all. * Take notice that the receipt says no refund for repair, so be sure whatever you are getting fixed is the problem.

I took my iPhone to get the screen fixed and within hours of getting it fixed my home button jammed. I should have went to Apple their prices are about the same and comes with a 1- year warranty.
