The worst experience ever, not only to me but my other two siblings were given the same customer service. If you plan on getting a new phone please go to the actual sprint store not any side carriers at the mall. With the new samsung 7 exploding every carrier were given instructions to take back any phone they sold even with the crack, it took my sister 4 times to finally call their main district supervisor to tell them that they had to take it back finally weeks later they finally gave her a new phone. Not only that but they tried telling my sister she did not pay off her phone, ( that it wasnt on in the computer) so we had to call the customer service on the phone to complain because she had the receipt on her card) which finally days after they fixed it (the guy did not put it on the computer). As for my brother he had to switch to a new iphone and all the employees there said their manager had to be there (i dont know why when they should all be trained) anyways we came back the following day they said he should be there and we even called to make sure and we went back and he was not there. This continued for 1 week of coming back and going!! Which is ridiculous! Horrible service, they also lied to me about my bill saying last month was my last month of paying off my phone and now this month i have to pay an extra 100! What the heck!

Do NOT go here if you prefer to do business with honest people. The staff here lied to me about just about everything they could to get me to sign up with them ($100 in gift cards for signing up that day (never arrived), told us we were buying a plan w unlimited data, promised a much cheaper bill, pretty sure they stole a phone that I ordered because we never got it, etc). When I realized how messed up everything was it was already past my 30 day trial period. For some reason, the manager, Erica Cebreros kept calling me to tell me she fixed all of the things her employees messed up on, but she never actually fixed anything or sent me gift cards, but she lied about doing it on numerous occasions. She even lied to Sprint Customer Service, denying she was herself, even though she answered the phone saying, "hi, this is Erica." (when they called the store to follow up about all of these messed up items). Much frustration dealing with these people. Save yourself the stress and go to a real sprint store, not authorized dealer.

The people that work there are not honest with you at all. They lied to me to get me to switch to Sprint then they screwed me over. they promised to send me visa gift card and they never arrived and they just said oh its coming. They never give you a receipt and they change what they told you the next day. Save your self and dont go to that store.
