ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I have lost my faith in Groupon for even proposing this place as a quality business. They replaced my original Samsung Galaxy S4 screen with a terribly cheap piece of plastic. Within two days my screen cracked FROM THE INSIDE while in a protective case and without being dropped. I could not believe I wasted money on them - I should have trusted my gut when they refused to offer a warranty and wanted me to pay in cash. LESSON LEARNED! I found another company, Dr Cell Phone at 3100 Weslayan - they attempted to replace just the cracked "glass" but said the cheap place I went to used a type of glue that ruined the LED under the screen too. With a little bit of effort they fixed my phone, it looks great and they offered a 30-day warranty. You get what you pay for kids. Payless Computers and Cell Phones is the worst place you could go to for this kind of work!!

THEY USED SUPER GLUE ON THE LCD TO ATTACH IT TO MY PHONE AND DAMAGED MY MOTHERBOARD ON THE PHONE I GAVE THEM $100 IN CASH. ONLY OFFERED ME $25 IF APPROVED BY THEIR MANAGER . WENT TO THEM ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS BECAUSE THE LCD HAD LINES GOING THRU IT SCREEN WAS LOSING COLOR BUT THEY JUST SAID LG DO THAT WHICH WAS A LIE! I WENT TOO CELLPHONE911 ON S. GESSNER WHERE MY PHONE WAS FIXED CORRECTLY FOR $80 PLUS THE $25 TO REPAIR THE PROBLEMS FROM THEM USING SUPER GLUE

DONT GO THERE IS YOU WANT YOUR COMPUTER BACK IN WORKING STATE. I went there to replace the HDD of my Imac. The story is big, and finally i got the Imac as 2 pieces, with the display connector broken. While I was in the shop I saw another lady cursing them and taking her phone as 3 pieces. These guys dont know what they are doing. Now the main board cost of my Imac is $1200 STAY AWAY. I am now finding ways to law suit them.

My daughter has cracked her screen 3 times and each time we go to this company they have fixed it like brand new each time. Now she broke it again, so back we go....using her own money of course...Mama dont okay that..Lol... The service is good and the cost is reasonable...

I got the cracked glass on my iPhone 6 screen replaced here. The guys were fast they might have taken 15mins at the most. The price seemed reasonably fair. Definitely recommend this place

My S3 screen had a huge crack. They were able to replace it in 45 minutes and it looks like brand new again. Did not have any issues with it after that. The staffs are very professional.
