Great selection but very unimpressed with the customer service. Went in for a case for my new Galaxy S7 and had to remind the girl helping me several times what kind of phone I had. She seemed bothered that I was there and eventually went back to her phone so I decided to just go with a rather pricey ($39.99) tempered glass screen protector instead. When I attempted to adhere it to my phone at home, the directions said to remove TWO clear masks from each side of the glass. I only saw one, and ended up cracking the glass trying to get the other side off. When I returned for an exchange the guy behind the counter showed a complete lack of concern or understanding despite the erroneous instructions printed on the sleeve, and said "We will usually replace it for you if it cracks or something, but not if you just broke it." Very unhappy to have to take my business elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted right away. The sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in showing me what I was looking for. They had such a vast selection of cases for my phone like slim, heavy duty, Otterbox cases, Lifeproof and Ballistic cases etc. Also different types of screen protectors. They explained prices and all about the deals they have. They got me taken care of and I was surprised of the very good prices they offered. They even had cases and charger for my tablet which was very hard to find. - Very well organized store. - Prices are excellent - Excellent customer service. - Highly Recommend this store for all your cellphone & tablet needs.

I went to the store 3/31/16. They were supposed to open at 10:00am. I finally left at 10:35am because they hadnt even opened the store. I went back later on to see if the store ever opened. They acted like it was no big deal (no apology, no customer service offer, nothing). There is no cheaper deal worth someone who cares that little about the total waste of other peoples time. They dont mention their hours when you call their store. Now I know why. I ended up going to UBreakIFix. They had AWESOME customer service.

I broke my iphone 5 and within 1 hour I had a brand new phone! The customer service was great and I saved over 40.00 while replacing my glass, a new case, and an anti-shock screen protector. Keeping in mind all of this was done on a Sunday, Thanks to this great team, Im off to a great start on Monday. It also saved me some time on waiting for a replacement to come in the mail then going to get a new phone activated! Trust me, every dollar spent was worth it!!! Bring your broken iphone here!!! :-)

Ive been shopping here for a long time. Always a return customer because they have an INCREDIBLE selection and the prices are great. Sure, you can find slightly cheaper on the roadside vendors or the flea market, but if something goes wrong, youre out of luck. the sales guy always tests my cables before I buy and, the other day, one went out the same day. He replaced it no questions asked, and the new one has worked flawlessly for months. Everyone gets a lemon now and then. Highly recommended.

Dont go here. Everthing is made cheap and is overpriced. I bought a rubber case for my galaxy note 2 for $10. The case didnt fit right so the sides would easily come off. Im very disappointed. I bought a different case on amazon for $2 and it was better than their case in many ways. Dont go here your better off shopping online. Oh and they do not have a return policy.

I didnt even use their service and the customer service was still awesome. I sent a message asking about repair costs for my phone and they replied to let me know it would need to be ordered and the best place to go for my particular phone instead. Really helpful and Ill be sure to come back to these honest knowledgeable guys if I need anything in the future!

They had huge selection of cases for my galaxy S3 phone & all other phones. Excellent customer service. They exchanged the charger for a new one after 4 days as it was defective. Highly recommend to everyone. They have much better prices on all accessories than other places.

Have uses them multiple times. Today we got an iphone battery replaced. The gentleman went out of his way to replaced the screen protector since ours was cracked at no charge. The phone was fixed within only half a hour. I will be recommending them to everyone. :) Ty!

I bought a waterproof case for my s4 and it lasted 1 year of hard play times at the rivers lakes water parks and amusement parks until the locking piece broke but the case is fine. no longer water proof. I will buy another one.
