If youre in the mood for being treated less than a total idiot, 20+ minutes several times from 1 inadequate customer service person, who is ill-mannered, comptemptuous and primary language is Spanish, to another less than the 1st contact made, then you might want to find yourself a different store! To be honest, Ive been to many stores, in many states and the one thing I can always count on is HORRIBLE customer serrvice and 20+ minute waits. I dont like, what I would consider a fancy phone. The 3G is slow and undependable. Nothing like waiting 5+ minutes, then getting a lost connection message! Search engine, BING, YUCK! Sports app., totally unwanted, was downloaded for main page, the weatherbug is across the nation and no voicemail (which I have been paying for). When trying to make have it customized to what I desired, I was told it cant be done. I paid for the insurance thinking ALL issues were covered...NOT! They verified I couldnt get the voicemail to set-up on the lousy phone or even take any voicemails. Like others, they said I would need to buy another one, at MY OWN expense! This isnt the answers I was looking for, needing or wanting, but it is what I got. After I wouldnt agree with buying a new product or service, I was dismissed (I think), because their rep. went to the next person without so much as a Good Bye. After sitting there for 30+ minutes waiting for him to come back, I did intrude with the customer he was giving his sales pitch to and he told me we were done. BUYER, BEWARE! I dont know of any possible positive thing to say, just be ready for a minimum of 3 hours of frustration and anger rushing through your veins. DONT GO THERE AND DO THAT, AVOID AT ALL COST!!! By the way, asking for a manager does not work or help...youll get the same treatment.

The most incompetent crew I have ever met in any carriers store. It was so bad it even blew the lid for a phone company. I was thinking about switching to T-Mobile as the 2 lines my wife and I share were costing us more than $130 per month with a little bit of data (2GB I think). This is with a government discount as my wife works for the G. I explained that situation to Abraham who checked our account and found that it was in the name of my wife (for the discount) and that I was not authorized on the account. OK, fine. I told him to disregard any change request as all I was doing was to inquire about the possibilities to get a lower monthly payment. He refused to tell me if and how that would be possible and handed me over to a manager, a gentleman with a grey beard whos name slipped my mind. I explained the situation again and told him that he should disregard any changes as Im not authorized but to treat me like a new customer and if I could have two lines with data for less than $130. His answer blew my mind as he started with "Well, I cant tell you that because you are not authorized...." What?! How retarded do you have to be or were you not listening to what I was saying? Verizon Wireless plans are now a matter of National Security and you need to be authorized to know about the rates? Great! Moving on and switching to T-Mobile. Great Customer Service, Verizon, keep it up!

According to store rep Andy (unfortunate that he shares my name) - National Security issues prevent Verizon from allowing me to port my phone to PagePlus. Let that sink in. We were having trouble activating an old phone on PP, so PP suggested we speak to Verizon to allow the transfer. Andy told us that he couldnt do anything because Verizon has exclusive agreements with the White House, the FBI, CIA, etc and allowing phones to be transferred out would be a security risk for those clients, so they prevent transfers for any customer. I asked why we were able to transfer a different phone out with no problem... According to Andy - that was an older phone, these rules are for newer phones only. He looked at me dead in the eye and said this with a straight face. And he said it with enough authority that Im certain it wasnt the first time hes told this story. I called Verizon to alert them of this clown, they took a report and said the store manager would call me - nobody did. Oh well... Andy has become the butt of a great cocktail party story. But still, I would highly suggest you avoid this store until they get more responsible agents and managers.

The store on Oracle has some of the WORST people in the store to help you! I think the guys name was Andrew, WHAT A FREAKIN JERK. He acted like he was a smart ass to my operations manager, who is also the account manager for our Verizon. Well really he just acted as though he was doing US a favor. They managed to get our bill up to over 300.00 a month. They charged us for HUM servicing even after we discontinued it and returned the equipment in January! Where is the General Manager ezekiel alva.. so one has actually ever seen or talked to the general manager... i think he must just be a myth! the stores are franchises, so it is up to the store for what they really want to do for you. I dont care, we called and completely CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT! 5 lines!!! The girl with customer care offered us a 100.00 discount to stay, but that was worth all the trouble that we had actually been through.

Terrible customer service. Was lied to by 2 different sales people about deals and promations and how long they were running them for and when i go in today im told by a 3rd sales person they never know ehen deals are ending until its past and when a manager finally came out 2 hours later she stated she would speak to the sales people and when i stated that jeramy, the sales man who stated he came in monday and was selling the same deals i was told ran year end, and his manager came up and told him it was over, Tiffany thr manager just said well i wont talk to him in front of customers. Tiffany the manager then stated she had taken time out of her busy day to listen to pur complainants. Go to this store if you like being lied to and getting no customer service

I love my Verizon service but from now on I will call in. If I have to go into a store Ill find another one or drive out of my way because that store at Oracle and Wetmore sucks! Everytime I have gone into that store I have felt not important and brushed off because I wasnt making a sale. The last time that I went in there was for a tempered glass screen protector the guy with a general managers name tag on was trying to get me to add a tablet to my account which would have given me another contract and another line and when I decided that I did not want to do that he literally handed his tablet off to another employee took her tablet and then walked away without saying goodbye or anything.

Ive been a long time VZW customer. Their wireless coverage is the only reason I stay with them. The phones are fairly nice but their customer service has always been lacking. As mentioned by previous posters, this is by far the worst location. Incredibly long wait times and incompetent staff. I was looking over new phones and picked up a Droid 2. They had it zip tied down to its security device, so hard, that the touch screen couldnt respond properly because it was flexing. I made mention of this to a staff member that came over to chat and he told me that Im probably just not used to a touch screen. I proceeded to show the rep my Droid 1 and that ended that conversation.
