ON MARCH 7 I STARTED WITH THEM AT THIS STORE, THEY TOLD ME IWAS GONNA PAY 270.00 DLLS FOR 4 LINES. THEY GAVE ME 30 DAYS TO CANCEL IF I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. AT THE FIRST BILL, I GOT ONE FOR 670.00 DLLS!!!!!!! I WENT TO THE STORE, FIRST THERE WERE NOT MUCH OF ADIFERENCE ON THE SERVICE WITH MY PREVIOUS SERVICE PROVIDER, THIS WAS T-MOBILE, SECOND, IT REALLY WAS A BIG DIFERENCE ON WHAT THEY OFFERED ME AS A PAYMENT. I WENT TO RETURN THE PHONES AND CANCEL MY SERVICE ( I HAD A SMALL SURGERY DURING THOSE DAYS AND HAD A BAG WITH BLOOD AND URINE WHIT ME AT ALL THE TIME THAT THEY HAD ME WAITING FOR THE RETURN) FOR SOME REASON, YOU KNOW THE REASON, THEY HAD ME THERE FOR 6 HOURS TO DO THE RETURN. I TALKED WITH JOSE AND OTHER 2 GENTLEMEN THERE TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP THE YOUNG LADY TO DO MY RETURN, THEY IGNORE ME!!!!!!! I, FOR NO REASON WOULD RETURN OR RECOMEND ANY BODY TO GO VERIZON...... MAY GOD BLESS THIS PEOPLE AND HOPE THEY NEVER HAVE TO BE IN THE SITUATION I WAS, STANDING THERE FOR 6 OR 6:30 HOURS, AFTER HAVEING THIS SURGERY. I WENT LIKE THAT TO TAKE CARE OF IT, BEFORE THE DUE DATE, IF I WOULDNT HAVE DONE THIS, THEY WOULD KEEP ME ON A 2 YEAR CONTRACT, THATS ANOTHER THING,THEY NEVER MENTIONED WHEN I MOVE TO THEM, THEY NEVER MENTIONED I WAS TO BE ON A CONTRACT, I FIND ABOUT IT ON THEIR WEB AFTER DAYS. NO NO AND NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO THEM!!!!!!!!

I have been a long time Verizon customer, but it seems that connectivity is going down and not getting better icet the years as would be expected from such a name. I live in east el paso, the service is horrific, the phone call quality is good, but its 2013 if it wasnt good Id be worried, the internet however, its a coin flip on whether I can use my internet or not, more often then not the Internet is crap, log on for 5 minutes disconnected for 10 and most of the time is just on and off. Verizon service is garbage in el paso, might as well save a ton of money and talk to cricket or boost or anyone else but Verizon

I went in today to get an upgrade. The sales woman there was wonderful, answered all of my questions and was very informative. My 3yr old daughter was with me, and halfway through the transaction she decided to act up. The sales woman talked to her and she even asked her superior to give away one of their dummy phones, he said yes, and she gave it to my daughter to play with. Shes been playing with it for a couple hours. This wasnt my first time at the store, Ive been here before and have always had good service. I post today because they went above and beyond!

Music is excessively loud. When I asked about turning the music down I was told by the Manager that the Bluetooth speakers were there for that purpose. Then on my following visit when I asked the rep about possibly turning the music down so that I could hear my phone call with Verizon Tech support, he replied "this is a retail store" very rudely. I then responded with "youre right it is a retail store, not a nightclub or a bar". He then walked away, and I had to leave the store in order to continue on my call with Tech support. Worst experiences ever!

I came here over a year ago after another place messed up my plan and I realized we had been over paying for about a year if not longer and they did everything they could to make it right and then some, now I will always go out of my way to visit this store instead of any of the closer more convenient stores I recently went back and had just as positive of an experience.

I dont know which is worse. Going to the DMV or to this Verizon store. Extremely packed and understaffed. Waited the better part of an hour before I was able to talk with a customer service rep. After speaking with someone and receiving zero help or solutions to my questions. I was left with having to actually call Verizon wireless to get the help I needed.

The employees here are just horrible, one of the sales reps told my ex that he put her on the wifi here but hadnt and she transferred several GBs of data to Google Drive. Returning stuff here was horrible as well, I watched as several employees went outside to go talk to there girlfriends instead of helping the several people still waiting to be helped.

Nothing special, its a Verizon store where we all go to lose our money and get ripped off by the best, most reliable phone service out there. Staff is ok I guess, just some young kids and a couple adults feeding you a line of BS for their commission. Poor selection of accessories also, but its one of the only places in town to go.

Went for help for my "new s7" cause the screen turned black but was still on....the rep played with it for about a minute and said "it over heated up need new phone, 2 month old phone, really? So I walked out called customer service and she got my working in 5 min....please educate your below standard employees

I was in the store today and witnessed a lady being treated very rude by the store manager, Israel, when she attempted to return a phone. I had to leave because I would not like that kind of treatment. I am very disappointed. You lost a potential customer due to the managers action so and attitude.

Horrible customer service and lacking knowledge of products. I would have bought a brand new phone but they couldnt answer any questions. But that was after I had to get someone attention for help 3 times. So thanks for saving my wallet I guess.
