The comment by Rick below is true, especially for Josh Hicks who doesnt deliver his promises. But even worse is the manager Jared. He is just like a used car salesman and literally says all customers are stupid. Thats how he operates. Hell offer 20% off phone cases like its a deal, but gives that deal to every single customer. Just go to a Corporate store. **Edit, the previous manager Robert Dimock has now threatened me because of my review.

The worst experience!!! I would avoid this store, as Crawford Hamilton and Josh Hicks both sold us plans that did not save us money. We are now stuck in a cell phone plan that makes no sense for 2 years. Crawford employee ID CH143H and Josh will make promises and not deliver. AVOID at all cost.
