This has to be the worst Verizon store EVER! Mike, the General Manager, is a moron and clearly doesnt give a crap about the customers. I had to go in there because I forgot the password to our business account. When I went in Mike was standing right there and I told him what was going on - I had an employee traveling to Mexico and I needed to add international features to her phone. He looked up our account and told me I wasnt an administrator on the account. I told him I was the one who set the account up so I knew I was the administrator. He argued with me and told me I was lying and I clearly hadnt set the account up. I told him if he was going to make things difficult for me that I would transfer the phone lines over to ATT. He said "go ahead I dont care." Then he said youre not on the account and I wont deal with you any more and he walked away and started helping another customer and Mike and the other employees all started looking at me and laughing. I was so humiliated that I was treated with such disrespect. When I called Verizon again they told me I was the administrator on this account and I NEVER should have been treated this way. As a General Manager I would have expected Mike to have the intelligence to open up an account and be able to see who the administrator is and have the manners to be able to help that person and treat them with respect. Clearly this job is way beyond Mikes intelligence and capabilities. Obviously when the general manager of the store is arrogant, rude and stupid you can only expect the rest of the employees to be the same. I agree with the previous review that Mike and ALL the employees at this store should be FIRED!

The store was fairly busy when I arrived. They immediately greeted me and told me there were two other people ahead of me. This was fine as it gave me time to check out some of the products since I was upgrading my phone. The sales person made buying the phone a fun experience - as did everyone else in the store (sounds silly but we sang Katie Perry songs). There were very knowledgeable and the sales people supported each other. I was pleasantly surprised that I walked out with my new phone fully converted, the sales person tested each function before I left. A persons experience will be a lot better if they do research before going to upgrade or buy. This has as much to do with the additional products as it does the base phone. Be very aware of which products will add service costs to your monthly bill. My service person wrote everything down, line for line but it would be easy to inadvertently purchase something that adds addition costs that is not equal to the value. Then check your service online before the 21 days is up. I had to return to the store to address a billing issue 2 days later. It was less busy and they got with me within moments and they immediately addressed my concern. This is the place I would go if I had questions about my phone.

I went in to get the new iPhone on Saturday 11/12/2016. The gentleman who helped me was a bigger guy with a Wyoming jersey. When we were ordering my phone, he did not ask me for a shipping address to send the phone. He automatically sent it to the billing adress which was located 3 hours south of me not to mention it is a business account so this should be obvious. He then proceeded to tell me there was no way at all he could change the adress or cancel the order. He told me sorry but I would have to drive down to get my phone whenever I had convienent time.I walked out of there pissed off and left back $150 of accessories I was intending on buying. I then called Verizon wireless customer service. The first rep that I talked to helped me out and we were able to change the address with no problems. He was embarrassed that I received this kind of service and even more so the guy telling me I would have to drive down Tibet my phone! I am not writing this complaint about Verizon as a company... just the store location itself. Customer service is definitely lacking and I will go out of my way if I have to to advoid this location and the gentleman who "helped" me out. It is disappointing because I live right next to this location.

I hated Verizon before, now I despise this company. Watching staff for over an hour while I waited for an otherwise five minute technical service..you can see how hard the Assistant Manager is working to hold the place together...the company plan is ill conceived, inefficient, understaffed and arrogant in its approach to customer service. As a former teacher I wanted to take control and organize the place. First divide customers into sales service...they need an hour to chat about which new phone they want...and then teaching...these folks need help understanding how to use their phones...they also need an hour to schmooze, talk small talk, learn how to find facebook, etc. Then there are the rest of us...we NEED our phones to work to move on with life..pick up our kids, work, communicate! We need the problem solvers, the technical experts....but those wonderful people are standing at the door as greeters!!!! Please organize this company. STOP sending your money to the Republican Right wing and hire more staff. Mike, the assistant manager deserves a better company than this!!!

Terrible. I was lied to on the phone before I arrived. I did an online purchase to pick up at the store. I called BEFORE I left my home - 10 minutes away and they guy said to come on in and they would have it ready. I got there to be put on a waiting list for over an hour. REALLY? You couldnt have told me that on the phone. Then to find out the product the rep on the phone told me to purchase I wasnt elligible for anyways. The rep at the store was trying to UPSALE me the ENTIRE time on new cases, new tablets, he wanted to sell me the entire store before they even got my account set up and working properly. I told him 3 TIMES I did not want a $100 case for my iPhone and he checked it out anyways and put it in the bag. That is robbery! I only noticed because my total was higher than expected. I was just shaking my head, told him to cancel the entire account, return my products for a full refund and left 3 hours later, ridiculous!!!!

The absolute worst customer service anywhere. I walked in, told them Id like to disconnect my home phone because Im moving out of state. He said "OK" just a few minutes. My wife & I waited an hour and a half and he didnt even acknowledge we were there. I told him he should have told us we could do it over the phone, but instead let us sit there. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I dont believe it because a manger wouldnt have ignored a customer like that. Then he told me that we could have gone and he would have texted us when there was an opening. Why didnt he do that to begin with? I have been a customer for better than 15 years. Poor customer sevice in the Longmont store!
