Normally when Ive gone in Ive had excellent service. Today was a different Girl, emphasis that she really had no idea on how to treat people so girl is more relevant than lady/woman. I showed up at 4:40 pm, 20 min till close. I know what time I entered because it was right after a phone call and I was just so glad when I walked in that there was still time. The girl that was working that day didnt even acknowledge me for 50 min. Yes, 50 min. before she even inquired as to why I was there. She was too busy trying to help a customer that was there before me. Im fine with waiting in line, just wanted to get an upgrade on my phone on my only day off. Well insult to injury when this girl finally acknowledges me and I tell her Im wanting to upgrade my phone she goes into they are closed and thats when I say I was here before close she actually argued with me. Said she looked at the clock when I walked in. I did too, thats how I knew that I was there before close. And her final answer was they dont do activations after 5pm. As it is quite obvious they dont want my money anymore Im changing carriers. And whomever you had in the office on 2/7/2016 is the final straw of why Im leaving this phone carrier.

Danielle, the store manager, helped us get set up with new service and a new phone. She is very helpful, and knowledgeable. It took a little while because we didnt have our AT&T PIN but she was really patient and got the transfer made. Really appreciate the great, friendly service! Anne

Danielle helped me so much! She is sweet, knowledgeable and she fixed my problem cheerfully, while fixing another persons problem as well. Great service! We bought our phones there too, and have been pleased - the price was great.
