Called Batteries Plus on Westminster to ask if they carried a Panasonic CR2354 battery. Yes he replies, I have 3 in stock. Ill be there in 30 mins I say. Get there, alas, they have "the same battery" assures the manager, their generic Nuon brand, CR2354. I buy the battery and a couple days later install it in my Polar heart monitor, doesnt seem to fit quite right but I screw the case back together assuming its the correct battery,,, alas, the battery really does NOT fit correctly and shatters the LCD. I then compare the old battery to the Batteries Plus Nuon brand, and even though the id numbers are exact, the 2 batteries are shaped different. The Batteries Plus brand is not crowned properly and does not sit down in the battery pocket the way the real one does, thus a destroyed $130 Polar heart monitor. I go back to the store today and query him again about their generic brand being "the same battery" and he assures me it is and he goes to get me one. I show him his battery and the Panasonic CR2354 and ask him why theyre so different in shape then? He had no answer then, or when I asked him who I needed to talk to to get reimbursed for my destroyed Polar heart monitor which Im also showing him. His assistant promptly reimbursed me the price of their generic battery and took it away. The manager still had no response for me so rather than get any more pissed off at him, I had to leave. What a freaking ripoff,,, he knew exactly that their generic brand doesnt fit properly yet he sold me "the same battery" anyway. Wouldve been MUCH cheaper to actually buy the "REAL" batteries on eBay or Amazon than to buy the Batteries Plus knockoffs that dont fit properly.

I bought a battery at this location in July, 2016. I had to return it in August, 2016. The new battery I received still would not hold a charge. I had a brand new stator, regulator and the whole electrical system checked out. Thinking it was the motorcycle. Couldnt find nothing wrong. Put a battery in from someone else motorcycle. Ran great for two weeks!. Put the battery back in from Batteries Plus. The motorcycle started Saturday and Sunday. Monday afternoon it wouldnt start. Took the battery back Monday afternoon and they said they had to test it for 20 hours. Checked this morning. They still arent done testing. Its been 20 hours. Now they are saying 48 hours. Then they said they called and talked to husband last nite. Which is a total lie!!!! The phone number they have is mine and the time they said they called I was nowhere near my house. The phone was with me at a different location. The employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favorite when they are not. And they are not afraid to lie!!! I do not trust this company!!!! They dont deserve any stars!!!!

Whoever does the scheduling for this location needs to be trained a little better! Ive come in during the week and there is always people at the counter helping, manager included. Ive come in on a Sunday for the last 3 weeks and its always the same guy (Benny I think) and the person doing phone repairs in the back with a line out the door, phones ringing off the hook with no manager or help insight. The two folks who work on sundays should be given a raise and the person who does the scheduling should be demoted!! This is retail not some mom and pop shop that doesnt get 10 customers a day, weekends are always busy and your scheduler should be ashamed of themselves for not knowing that!

I went to the store this morning, and there was one young woman working the counter...No one else was there to assist customers. She was being harangued by some woman for the ten minutes I stood there. This customer was so rude that the clerk burst into tears and went into the back to the restroom. I then put back a cable that I was about to purchase to play MP3s off my smartphone and left. I have frequented this store in the past but the service is very poor now. Ive worked retail myself, and have put up with a lot of stuff from customers, but to leave one clerk by herself is inexcusable. I will not be going back to this store again.

Went in the other day to get a battery for my quad 2 employees here one was helping another customer so i get the guy on the phone gives me the 1minute sign and i start looking on my own cant find it because it wasnt in stock as he pointed out when he finally made it over then he tells me "tough luck" so i asked when would one be ordered he shrugged i wanted to grab his curly hair and bounce his head off the wall so i couldnt get out of there fast enough wont be back ever thanks to the d bag on the phone oh yeah and this is my first review ever thats how incompetent i think this guy was

Went in to get a battery for my Thunderbolt, salesman looked it up & said they had 8 in stock. Great! He looked for it on display, nothing, looked in back, nothing, looked at computer again, 8 in inventory but nothing in the store. He said ever since the manager or owner said NOT to check in deliveries anymore because it takes to much time things have been off. No big surprise boss! Who doesnt check in deliveries?!! Youre opening yourselves up to theft & loss of customers, like me.

Jerry, you freaking suck... Now thats out of the way I was very discouraged despite "Jerrys" constant statements of taking care of his customers. I left my motorcycle batterie so he could see if it would hold a charge. I was told by Jerry that he would personally call me when it was done. Never received a call even after he put me on hold for 30 minutes when I tried to reach him. I wish the staff of this place want so screwed up. Once again, Jerry, you freaking suck.

The order was not pulled and ready despite our receiving an email the day before indicating it was. Then they pulled the wrong size battery, then they pulled 2 batteries, not the 3 ordered and paid for. Some batteries came with nuts, some with caps on the terminals, but each one had different "accessories" Generally the young man who helped us was lackadaisical and confused, not unpleasant, but nothing to write home about

Great employees.You can tell that they are sincere in wanting to help the customers ..I saw them go the extra mile a few times because I had to come-back twice today and they were swamped both times.I was the last person of the rush and just as I was leaving I saw one of the employees pick up come-up and start to please the guy didnt have 2 seconds rest .These guys are keepers I hope you pay enough

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my IPad there for a screen repair in early July. I have taken it back 4 times and they still havent fixed it (today is 9/12/16) I have left several messages for the manager to call me back but have never heard from him. This is the absolute worst customer service from any business I have ever experienced.
