After reading the two previous reviews, I was a bit apprehensive coming to this location. When I arrived there, a customer was being RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and ABSOLUTELY undeserving of a kind comment, let alone the excellent customer service she was given. The younger staff handled it very well. When it was my turn, my situation was analyzed, and the proper steps towards resolution led to me being out of the store in under 10 minutes! I have to go pick up my new phone today, and I will get the name of the young lady that helped me and my wife. As a 20+ year food service professional I have one thing to say to customers, not only going to a CRICKET location, but ANYWHERE there is a person hired to help customers: If you want to be treated with respect, ACT RESPECTFUL. You are NOT the first customer and will not be the last. Unless youve had a job that exposed you to demanding, unruly and rude people with undeserved senses of superiority, you have NO IDEA the stress customers can put on Customer Service Reps. Act like an adult and get treated like one, if not, expect your desired outcome to take a LOOOONG time, if it happens at all. GOOD JOB 42nd and WADS CRICKET!!!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Theres a big guy named "Chris" who works there, just because my husband didnt understand why we needed to pay more than usual on a bill and was asking questions, this man became belligerent tried saying we had 6 lines when we knew we didnt, when he was confronted on that mistake he became even more rude told my husband it didnt matter and to go fu@#$ng pay somewhere else if he didnt like it then basically told my husband he was ignorent for asking questions in the firat place. This chris character then THREATENED my husband when he became upset by this employees behavior towards him. For asking QUESTIONS!!!! They will completely treat you like gold when you are buying a phone, but if you go back to pay a bill or ask a question they will treat you like GARBAGE! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Horrible customer service. I went in on Saturday 4-2-16 and added a line to my current service. Today I noticed that I was charged twice for the same transaction. After finding out this I called to see what could be done to remedy the situation. I was told that my pending transaction is not a real transaction, even though my money is being held under "pending", and that nothing could be done until it either dropped off or was processed. I was told, and with a very negative attitude, that I would have to print my bank statement out and take my time to take it to them and prove their mistake. I find this very unpleasing to be told that my money being held is not real and that I would have to take my time to prove it was a mistake that they made.

Have had up to 5 cells here for me and family members. Didnt go there for their bathrooms. Went for good service. When they were being changed to another company. I moved over to Boost. It was a $200 night mare. Cell stopped working within the first week. They refused to replace it. It took 10 attempts to place a bad review with them. DID I EVER MISS CRICKET , their not perfect but they do try to take care of you. Will be going back to CRICKET very soon. Also tried to sell my BOOST , never happen , nor can I get any kind of tried for it any place. Im giving up on getting anything above pennys on the dollar for it. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM BOOST.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NOTHING BUT KIDS RUNNING THAT PLACE, NO ADULTS AROUND WHAT SO EVER. Sorry customer service. Was waited on for a full hour while every other guest was helped. Was told that ALL computers were shut down but another co worker helped the next guest with no problems. No appologies what so ever. Another previous time there one teen worker inturupted my father when he was talking to a team member just to ask what they had wanted for lunch. That team member didnt even bother to help my father with any questions. Two HORRIBLE Experiences there NEEDS to be a manager present!

They used to have great customer service, called today about a phone they where out of a week beforehand, guy on the phone said he had to help customers in the store, I told him I was a customer and he was gonna lose a sale. He hung up one me. I called back he answered again I asked for a manger he put me on hold, I waited 20 mins no manger ever answered the phone. I may not spend tons of money there but I do know they will never get another cent out of me.

Im a new Cricket customer and decided to explore my options since many family members have made the switch from Sprint, Verizon and other high priced carriers. Happy with the service over the phone and in-store. Richard answered all of my questions patiently and recommended the right phone and plan for me. I live in West Highlands and am now actually getting good mobile phone service (compared to Verizon).

I bought a phone that I didnt like,( I didnt know until I got it home and tried to use it). I thought for sure I was going to be charged a restocking fee plus activation, but instead I left with the phone I wanted at no additional charge. Great customer service, I will continue to buy all of my phones at this location.

It not great that there isnt s public bathroom here but other than that I like this location if you go on less peak hours no problems waiting.I have always gotten prompt and excellent customer service. All my questions have been answered whenever I have any and have been treated kindly and efficiently.

There is No Bathroom at this Place at all and I am Never Ever going Back to this Place Ever again they did not Help me out at all & I dont like the way that My Step Father were treated at that Store at all I had to wait over 3 &a half hours to just get my phone back

They keep me on hold for over 20 min. Fun right, quick to sell stuff for your phone and 3 mo latter my tempered glass screen falls off and of course they cant do anything about it. So save your money and buy your things from the store go on line and save money
