Payed them fix my phone screen and when I went back in because of my touch screen not working correctly and a piece of my screen was sticking out. After I brought it to there attention they said well your frames messed thats why your screens messed up but heres a case that should solve the problem. So you fixed my phone and took my money without first letting me know that my frame was messed up and that the screen might not work properly. They let me leave the store aand when my phone screen finally did break because of the case you gave me said well Since your phone isnt working properly Ill give you a 60$ trade in value on a new one. They messed up my phone then cut the price I payed for my screen to get fixed. iPhone 5c for 60 dollars. This place is a bunch of crooks. And on top of that I have bought phones from them for years and a couple employees know me by name, but the fact that a long time customer has an issue and you cant tell them anything but I can give you my employee discount on a new repair. So if you want to get it fixed it will be 80$. So I payed 100$ the first time and now they want me to pay 80$ to get it fixed a second time when it should have been taken care of the first time. In response to the owner you guys offered me a 20$ discount or 50$ for trade in on a new phone. Also I did bring it back in 2 days after it was completed and he said its your frame here is a free case. The guy who fixed my phone wasnt even there and the person who I brought it in to didnt even look at it. How many more times you want me to bring it in? Like your guys didnt even want to look at it. How am I supposed to believe that it is actually my frame on my phone when no one would look at it. I understand you have a company to run and a lot of people come in trying to "snake" free stuff from you guys but if a person who has been coming to you for 6 years to buy all of his and his wifes phones I would expect atleast the common courtesy to look over it. But no I could even get that courtesy. So before you say its an over the phone thing I did go in there right after it happened complaining about my screen. So if you would like to fix this in open to it, I would like to continue coming to your company for phones. It is convenient and close to my house. But until we can come to an agreement I will take my business elsewhere. And I hope that the value of a repeat customer is more important to you as a business owner then just brushing it aside saying "we have other customers forget this guy."

Where do i begin. Well for one im not someone who cares to leave reviews however, after coming to Cellular Exchange for so many years every employee as well as the manager and owner have always treated me more than just fair. They are all so friendly, nice, great energy and attitudes which is why i will never go anywhere else. I would say ive been coming to cellular exchange a little over 4 years now and it seems like they always have a solution for me weather its replacing a cracked screen, selling my old phones for cash, working out a trade to upgrade my new phone and the list just goes on...I remember the first time i came to cellular exchange i was kinda worried because ive been to other used phone repair stores like batteries plus and millennium trenz and after leaving these places i had such a bad taste in my mouth for sales people until i met Rob!!! Something about him just made me feel like ive known him for years hes so nice and assertive his customer service is over the top and by him paying attention to detail this allows me to trust him every time i know hes not a con artist hes just a helpful person good hearted and willing to help out anybody...I recently left colorado for work and it has been a little under a year that ive been to cellular exchange but when i got back into town i ended up purchasing a phone i absolutely hated so i said to myself let me see if by chance cellular exchange could buy it from me and sell me one to accommodate my needs...sure enough walked into the store and there was Rob greeting me as well as Angelo and Javier lol i knew right then and there i was going to experince the very same feeling i did when i had first came in to buy a phone years ago...he appraised my phone in minutes and broke down trade-inn value in a language i could easily understand now i have a phone i absolutely love and its the phone ive been looking for!!!the only reason i took the time of day to leave this review is to reward every employee at cellular exchange they do so much for others and i think it definitely goes unrecognized but i truly appreciate the excellence and assistance so keep up the flawless business paractices and i will be seeing you all very soon lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Reply/Edit: How the heck did you try to do anything to satisfy me? They said nothing of accepting a return, only offer me 20$ for a phone I bought from you weeks ago for 180$?!? You wanted to tell me there is no GPS antennae (13 years experience huh) offer to pay me 20$ for it, and fix it with a 4$ antennae and sell it off to the next sap with 200$. Im good, i traded it straight up for a s3 that functions perfectly. Dont worry about me ever darkening your doorway again- and ill make sure anyone who gets in my UBER in Arvada knows not to shop at your store. ORIGINAL POST: 90% of the Google reviews on here of this place are because employees ask you to review them at time of sale, and this is before you get the phone home and start having issues. First time I visited this store I waited 30 mins past open time before an employee even showed up. Ended up buying two phones from this place at 2-3x what they were worth and they were both the biggest pieces of crap Ive ever bought. They couldnt get the iPhone 4s I wanted to work properly (first clue to leave) and instead sold me a 5c for the same price, because it couldnt maintain proper time. (Second clue). I leave with the phone, took 10 mins just to get it to stop re-notifying me of the same texts over and over. (Shouldve walked right back in here). Kept it for a couple weeks, and all of a sudden the screen goes out in the middle of a Uber trip (Im a driver and this caused a ton of problems.) take it back the next day and get informed that it was missing a screw in the screen, and it made the connector come loose. Leave and next day start having intermittent GPS issues. 2 weeks after dealing with the GPS it completely goes out, once again in the middle of a Uber drive. Take it back the next day to make sure they have everything connected properly and they guy argues with me for 5 mins about weather or not it has a gps antenna on it, after showing it to him and him checking with his "Tech", he admits Im right, but tells me all they can do is reset it (which Ive tried many times already). I ask him about trading down to a IPhone 4 and he laughs and says the 4 is $200+ and he can give me a 20$ credit for my 5C that I had purchased from them less than a month before. This place is garbage!! Dont waste your money on their POS phones and go elsewhere or craigslist.
