went up there last year for a new phone and had nothing but issues with the phone (iphones are crap). they were helpful and replaced the phone after the first week thinking the phone was bad. went back a few days later because the new phone still didnt have reception most of the time and got my old droid put back on my plan. there would be fees to return the phone so the guy said i should just sell it, id make plenty of money on it and i did. went back today because my now 4 year old droid is really getting bad and the girl i talked to spent a lot of time pointing out things id like about phones and said that rather than buy a phone outright (im still under contract on the crapiphone), i should go down the street to a repair shop and see what they have in refurbed phones that way if i didnt like it i wouldnt be out a fortune, then i could just upgrade next year when my contract was up. very helpful. would get full stars except its a small store with a small selection of phones to look at, but people are great.

This store is so bad I refuse to do business with them. The company itself is total crap. Good signal no customer service and they will nickel and dime you till your broke. But this store. Goes above and beyond rude. Firstly off I sat for 45 mins waiting to be helped. My case broke and so did part of my phone so I was going to get an insurance claim done. The women said Im sorry you have to do that over the phone with them. I said I cannot use my phone its broken as you can see she said well do you have a friends phone I replied can I use your store phone she said Im sorry customers are no longer allowed to use the store phone I said thats a lie I just watched someone else use the phone why are you refusing to help me she then told me and I quote "if your going to get ugly with me I will call the police." I guaran God damn tee you if I hadnt of come in here with rodny my mechanic friend (who was a tank commander for the US Marines) hadnt of come in there looking shabby this wouldnt have happened.

While I do find the store to be busy at times, what do you expect at noon or 5:30pm during the week, or prime time on Saturday? Thats when everyone goes shopping for phones! While Id prefer some sort of "fast lane" for simple purchases, cell phone purchases almost always take some time, just due to the nature of the purchase. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes, though. If youre in a hurry, go at 10:30am or 2pm and the store is not at all full. The way this stores manager handled a recent problem with an HTC Rezound, which I exchanged for a Droid Razr due to problems, kept me as a Verizon customer. Id give it 5 stars but for some uneven experience in the past - recently, though, top notch!!

Spent 2 hours at this store trying to buy 2 new phones & get two Verizon Sim cards for two LG G5s (Tested them with a Verizon SIM card before we started to be sure they work). The guy I worked with (James) seemed like a nice guy, but there was a lot of problems with their system that delayed everything. After waiting for at least 15 minutes while he called someone in the back office I finally asked the guy at the counter to get him for me then told him to cancel everything. Im going to stick with AT&Ts terrible signal strength & slow data speeds for a few more months until Im frustrated enough that Im willing to waste a lot of time and subject myself to the irritation of this Verizon store.

My phone stopped working, and I needed to replace it. I pay Verizon for insurance, so expected that they would handle getting me a new phone (as they have in the past). When I got there they gave me a phone number to call. Let me just whip out my phone and make the ... oh wait, thats right -- its broken. Thanks. At least they let me borrow a phone to make the call. In the past Ive been able to walk out from a Verizon store with a replacement phone, but now Ill have to wait for the insurance company to ship it. I would have hoped for some more help from the staff and bit more "integrated" experience, rather than shipping me off to deal with some other company.

Horrible experience at this store. To start, I had an APPOINTMENT, which normally indicates that you will not have the wait associated with just walking in. NOT the case. I was told that ten people were waiting in front of me. Huh? Whats the point of having an appointment then? I dont really understand why they bother having online appointment registration at all, if they still take people in the order they walk in. Waited a good 20 minutes just to speak with someone, and the appointment left me in the same place as when I walked in. Will not go into this store ever again.

I came in to upgrade "for free" and found out that was a lie. I was also told I would have no activation fees, that was a lie. I was told they were giving a LG Stylo V2 for $1/month and would not have to activate it, another lie. I spoke to customer service who were awesome and said I could go back into the store and would not be charged a restocking fee for the error and because the phones were in their packaging and not used. Guess what, that was a lie and the store says that customer service cant make that call. I do not recommend this store unless youre fine being ripped off!

Normally I wouldnt take the time to write a review but I am livid. Someone by the name of Shannon (a completely untrained, dimwitted, bimbo BLONDE) made my experience HORRIBLE. Can you please train your sales staff before unleashing them on the general public? She was extremely rude, pushy, sarcastic, and annoying as hell. I got out of there as fast as I could for fear she would eff up my account information out of spite. If you go to this lovely location and someone named Shannon comes up to help you run like you are being chased by a pack of demonic pit bulls.

My phone was only holding a charge for 3 hours. Took it in and met with Robert. Even though my warranty has expired a week ago he worked with me and got me an upgraded version of my phone since it was a discontinued product. When I got the new phone a few days later I took it in to be activated and dealt with Mick. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me put the screen cover on and help me pick a case. This is the store I will go to from now on! Excellent customer service! Now if the Boulder store could just take a lesson from them.

Went in with phone connectivity issues, and Trey was able to address and answer all of my questions. I had been into this Verizon as well as the one in Boulder prior to coming in again, and hadnt been helped in such a friendly manner as Trey was able to. Trey helped me find a solution so that I didnt have anymore phone connectivity issues. His customer service is very attentive and understanding, and he doesnt give you the feeling like youre being rushed out of the store. If you want to be helped in a traditional way, I definitely reccomend Trey!
