Ive bought several new phones here and only one was a decent phone. The women who work there are lazy, unprofessional, and dont seem to know what they are selling. My phone has several glitches. Its brand new. Less then 5 days Ive had this phone and no one will believe me when I tell them the phone is bogus. I need to exchange it but they dont want to. They have undone hair and their makeup looks 3 days old. My first hangover didnt even look as bad as they do for work. Appearances are better then their service and knowledge of products. Take pride in your job and maybe learn what your selling so you dont have so many bad reviews.

Privately owned, not corporate! I guess the posted opening times are more of a suggestion, I would say estimation but someone showing up within an hour would be necessary. Beware counting on this place to be open or hoping the untrained kids can help you with... Anything really. They hardly ever have anything in stock and what they do have the employees know nothing about. I dont usually give bad review based on one interaction. So please know, Ive had terrible service here on multiple occasions for years.

Just spent $800 and they dont care!!! Worse customer service ever! Came back cause there was something wrong with my screen protector and cover case.... to be told, these are final sales!! I was not told! Its on your receipt she said!! These facts need to be disclosed to customers before they finalize their purchase not when customers pay and walk out the store. No other options. Clerk does not give a crap!

I would give less if I could. They are horrible. Customer service is awful. Not helpful at all. They just try to get u out the door. When asked about the phone issues all they say is " Our computers are down." And tell u to come back later. I have been back 5 times no help. Cricket Corperate needs to shut them down. Go to W.Colfax at Auraria to get a good experience. Cricket shut them down!!!
